In fact, you have many options now.
Spray generic Viagra ("Lysto") - spray under tongue about 15 minutes before. Very good as a quick booster.
Chewable generic Viagra. Gets into your system a bit faster than regular.
Liquid Cialis (generic) - haven't tried it, but some guys swear by it.

I asked at least ten different pharmacies if they carried generic Cialis which is Tadalafil. None offered the liquid product to me. That was in February so maybe something has changed. But strange that they'd have it in one form and not another.
Guys, not too long ago I met a fantastic girl in Brazil.
The more time we spend together, the better we get along, the more I respect and admire her and the more I genuinely care and love her.
The chemestry between us is crazy good!
I mongered for a long time, and had lots of fun, however, the time was right for me to find someone "special".
Being together and traveling together and knowing that someone really 'digs' me is great and totally satisfies me.

The funny thing is and the main reason I'm sharing this is to say it's just crazy how there is a member of this ISG that messages my girlfriend to tell her I'm still posting on the ISG (she already knew about the site itself), that I'm posting about hook-ups (which I'm not), and that I'm generally a lying scumbag and that she should be with him, even though he's never even met her in person. Crazy guy for real!
