If you are honest about your intentions, a DIA contact that you meet would still hang out with you. We told some of the girls we met that we go to the gogo bars at night and they were not bothered to the point that they refused to see us anymore. Now, I'm not saying you outright tell her right away but, eventually it will lead to a point where you have to spit it out eventually hehe. What you don't want to do is give her high hopes or an indication that you're taking her seriously just to get her in bed. If she finds you're nice, fun-loving and is comfortable to be with, there's a very high chance she will sleep you. It's good to be nice but, don't be too nice to the point that she thinks that you really like her and would consider being serious with her.

On our last trip to Cebu, we brought our friend who went to PI for the very first time. He had a DIA contact that he was messaging before the trip. Now, the problem with him was that he focused too much attention on her that eventually, she fell for him. He was seeing her for 6 nights in a row. He didn't care to go to the gogo bars as what we normally do because that's not his thing. Don't focus too much attention on one girl. This will imply to her that you really do like her. Take a break from her and see other girl contacts. Or, go to the gogo bars and have your fun there. Mix it up. Or, just do your own thing and go to the pool, work out.

What you don't want is the girl being stuck with you throughout the whole trip. Now, if you don't mind that then, it's up to you. By taking a break from her, this implies to her that she thinks that you may be seeing someone else even though your aren't. This helps minimizes her chances of seeing you as a potential BF. Keep her guessing. Then, on the next day, you give her a call and go hang out again. if you spend too much time with her, she gets spoiled by it and expects that you will be calling or texting her the next day and the next day.

What you may consider doing also is hit a gogo bar first and bang as much chicks on your first few nights. Then, later on, meet up with your DIA contacts.

This summer I saw a runner from several years back. She doesn't remember me, but I remember her.

She was a gorgeous young thing who totally flaked when we got to the room. She asked for taxi fare. I told her I wouldn't even give her a Sky Flake cracker. She reluctantly came around.

She's now working (in Cebu City) across from Gaisano Metro, which is where all the dreg *****s hang out. The wheels of cosmic justice turn slowly, but they do turn.

She was probably a lost cause no matter what, but an honest, direct talk really improves your odds of getting what you want.

You must be correct about your warnings going directly to spam, because I never got your notes about a hard return. Before you told me, I did not even know what a "Hard Return" was. I was in a coma when I was young and I had some brain damage. I am on social security disability now, so I am not exactly really sharp when it comes to "Computer Speak", but I do know enough to say that this is the first time I was aware of my mistake. I will try to not push return from now on, and wait until it goes back by itself when I get to the end of the line. I hope that is what you mean.

Went there to check out the famous basketball court. When the taxi arrived at the entrance, we were practically "mobbed" by pimps. Girl quality was not bad
but just a bad scene plus pimps want money before service...Yeah right!

The Jonquera scene has been reported extensively in the past with a number of contributions by myself. Payment up front in Jonquera is the norm so don't be put off by that.
Getting swarmed by pimps is again normal for Jonquera, but they are quite harmless. You can find some real jems amongst the rough there

I've been to Jonquera before on foot, but I would carefully consider it now. It's probably worth it to have a pimp bring you several girls to choose from.

My post was merely to try to redress the impression that the Phils is some sort of El Dorado with an unlimited supply of beautiful girls with insatiable sexual appetites and a mysterious proclivity for rotund, ageing white guys where the usual rules of dating - some sort of equivalence in the desirability of partners does not apply.

Of course nobody believes this completely, but some such thought does colour many people's perception of the Phils. If you read these threads, including my own contributions, you may get the impression that every DIA date results in an orgy with a set of beautiful girls. Of course, what gets posted is just the edited highlights, the sometimes lengthy periods where the ball is being frustratingly kicked around the midfield is cut out.

For the record in my view Phil girls are largely rather average in looks on an international perspective. The thing that the Phils has going for it is that 18-30 year old girls are willing to date 9generally with the expectation of material reward), and if they get a chance marry western guys 40-70 years old.

My first time there was in the late 1980's when I used to stay at the McSherry Pension, it was always a lot of fun, sweeties from the province often the first time they had met a cano.

I dropped by several times last year, I always let my taxi go and then enter the area, get someone to run and get me a beer (big bottles) maybe share it with the boys. Always keeping a good lookout for a cutie. They are always there.

Last trip was a 8/10 from Bukidnon, lost her job and needed rent money and did not want to go back to Mom and Dad in the province.

She stayed all night (Marriott keeps them from running)

In The USA, you would almost never get a young, or any other "Cutie" to spend the night in bed with you for between $25 & $40. It would take you a long, long time to find a pretty lady who would go back to you room with you, in The USA, for a meal, a shower, and $5 cab fare. You would have to be "Insane" if you were in The USA and expect to walk into a Mall, at 58 years old, and pick up a 19 year old, and her friend, for dinner and a movie. Greg is correct in that the Phils. Is not an unlimited buffet of "Hotties", but the frustration of finding a pretty girl for a date or marriage, is decreased by at least 800% IMHO. When I was in Saipan, the Bar Girls were much more cooperative, I. E. LD's and the touching that went on, but it was a whole lot harder to find a wife or a girlfriend.
