I was only trying to explain what SHE clearly did with the 1,000 baht he gave her (and, therefore, why his bar tab was only 1250, to which he added another 1,000 baht); she gave that 1,000 baht to the mamasan to cover the cost of the barfine, changed her clothes and left with him. She would not have gotten past the cashier and/or the mamasan in her street clothes and walked out of that bar with a customer unless SOMEBODY had paid the barfine.
