From my experience quality of the russians (these birds are mostly from ukraine (good) and other CIS nations than russians) in Bangalore is mostly average.

As far as service goes most probably they will be better than our birds.

Russians are extremes; too loving and too open or totally reserved.

While the night clubs have a shutdown time around 11, I think, best time is to check in around 9:30 ish and stay there and watch. You can pick them in those bars and outside them past 11. Just be careful to not carry expensive gadgets else the rates are higher. This is based on a 3 day experience in 2014.
