Aren't they both facing the both risks (unknown John's, locations etc). They are both charging 5 k ST so it's not as if one is adding in a larger risk premium.
I'll admit I'm not aware of smooci's claims process (on both sides) should something go wrong or how much of a cut the girl must give them.
