If the girl knows you as regular she will probably then refuse the extension. If you are a new customer though you will likely be bumped for the sure thing she has. I am not sure I even disagree with this strategy as I am sure there are many missed appointments cause by clients. Best thing is in any case to have a back up plan and be prepared to implement it.

In other words-don't put all your eggs in one basket. Just common sense to me.

Vsit to Royal Monday 29-11-12.
