Spent 4/5 years in Korea, where we don't need to negotiate a bit and the prices are pretty standard and WGs knows their rates.

We can get a damn good CIS for roughly 100 usd and Koreans for 75 usd. Some off the indies her don't deserve 1/4th of their asking rate. Even in Delhi we can get a beautiful young bird for 3/4 k per shot and BBJ is by default included.
