However virtually all (especially the Chinese) offer varying quality massage plus HR nothing more. True, there are men who prefer it that way and place bigger emphasis on the quality of the massage. They do have a point there. However there are many others who like me prefer to have the option of something more at the end.
When asked about this most providers tell you that it's because of the law (usual story of our ambiguous rules). The Chinese especially are always scared stiff or give this impression.
