propblem is knowing for sure that she is of legal age.[/quote]the problem starts when you realize that fake i the's are very easy to get in the philippines, so even if you bothered to check, can you really be sure it's real? even if the filipina has a dating profile that says she is legal or she shows you her fake i the, the laws state that anyone in the company of a minor that is not a relative can be prosecuted. holding up a photocopy of her dating profile is not considered a viable explanation.
