Those 2.5 hr rates are a little rich for me, maybe a few years back I might have used the full time but now an hour is fine for a meaningful relationship.

I don't think Santiago is being given a fair chance here. Architecturally, it is quite interesting. Santiago was one of the few South American cities that were really wealthy some 80-100 years ago. Even Bogota can't compare. The infrastructure, roads and sidewalks are well maintained. I found the people to be some of the friendliest in South America, especially the ones I worked with. Overall, it is much safer than other cities in South America. Bogota is much more dangerous, and Mexico City is more dangerous than Bogota. I wouldn't walk around in Centro very much after dark, though. The ladies are more varied in Santiago than in most South American cities, and there is no specific "body type" that I could discern. Generally, they don't have the best looking booty. I was told that the ladies in Santiago are more beautiful than in other parts of Chile. I'll take their word for that. The Lapis Lazuli is reasonably priced, but overall, almost everything is much more expensive in Chile than in other parts of South America. Most prices are comparable with the States or higher.

Enough boring chat. Reviews of a few cafes:

Cafe Rio, Merced 635 (I think the guide shows it at 365) at Monjitas

Right when I entered, I had a quite pretty lady grinding on my crotch. The ladies were around 6. 5-9, and all wearing thongs and small bikini tops.
