WARNING : English speaking men are targets
I just got back from Budapest and it is clear to me, that if you speak English you are a taregt to be ripped-off.
1) Over the 5 days I was there, at least 10 different pairs of girls approached me on the streets. The line was almost exactly the same each time. Do you speak English? If so, do you know where there is a pub? Let's go have drinks together. Etc. They will scam you out of your money.
2) A prevoius post listed strip clubs to avoid, as they are sure rip-offs. Add to the list MAMBO.
I went there, was seated, and asked for a beer. The waitress brought me one and said, that will be 150, 000 forints. Thats like 60 euros. I said no way. She said there is a 3 drink minimum. I said forget it and started walking out. Suddenly I was surrounded by 4 big bouncers. To make a long story short, I compromised by buying 1 beer for 20 euros and got the hell out of there.
3) Girls posts on web sites like redzone and pirolampa and the prices go up if you speak English. Many girls who advertise that they speak english don't.
I will not go back to Budapest for mangoring.
Le Fantasy Agency Budapest
Allow me a few comments on the agency Le Fantasy as I used them extensively in the past in Budapest. In 2003 and 2004, I travelled quite a bit to Budapest and often booked one of the Le Fantasy girls. I would have met about 10-12 of them, so could be considered to be a good customer. Sessions were usually overnight and I would say that two were very, very poor while the rest were good to very good - a good batting average for an agency.
Sugar1 ( Hi Angela :-)), runs a good operation that is willing to listen to requests for further information on the girls and requests and to make recommendations. I never had a girl booked not turn up. The 'station manager' - Judy in Budapest was a delight and worked hard to keep the girls up to the mark and the guests informed if there was to be any change of plans. The Gold membership scheme is one that I belonged to but it lapsed as I haven't been to Budapest for awhile now - it was good value as it provided a discount from the charges which I see have crept up in the last two years. If you are going to book over a year 2 or 3 girls then it is good value - with my higher volume of bookings it was very good value.
Bottom line: Le Fantasy from my experience was a dependable agency ( this says a lot) who provided a range of girls from young to more mature, pro's, semi-pro's and on a couple of instances seemingly girls who were trying the business for a very short while due to the need to address some financial short fall. I have looked in the last few weeks at their web-site as Angela has started an email campaign to try to get back some of her old Gold members :)). It has some of the old regulars on it and seemingly an influx of new and interesting looking talent.
If you want to try an agency in Budapest then you are probably going to be in safe hands with Le Fantasy - Angela, and Judy if she is still there.
Should I be in Budapest again, I would indeed consider calling Le Fantasy once again to meet some of their girls.

quick report from budapest:
i went looking for the street scene - just walked around to see what is obvious.
couple peep shows around ferenc krt. - and josef korut utza (see images) where you can look at the girl first for about 1 euro and have anything from bj to a full meal for between 6 and 14 000 ft.
the girls were between 4 and 6 and some places had only 1 girl working.
it was dark night - sorry for the fuzzy pictures.

Hmonaco, you need your head examined. These same ladies can be had for 10, 000 - 20, 000 Forints max. Average I paid was 15,000 Forints, that is about 60 Euro. I just don't understand people like you. Get wise and stop getting riped off and messing up the market. These are crazy prices for Eastern Europe. Haven't you heard, there country is in a crisis. Why do you think there are so many hookers there, they need the money !!!!
