You have a phone or do you get a phone when you arrive? Ask the beach girls for theirs. And take their picture then a pic of their number so you can keep the names straight. That and you ask them how much be prepared to get lubed. Just make them an offer of 80k pesos or whatever. Worse they can say is no but same chic is double with a tout. That too LDV girls are cheaper by day also just get their number when your there. Comcel phones in Cartagena are 50 k pesos with a few minutes on them. I have my unlocked quad band with extra SIM cards but not everyone goes that route.

Whats up guys. Sorry Jerseyshore for not reporting earlier as I was swampped with work and was still recooperating. I must say, and I don't say this often, Cartagena exceeded all my expectations! It was a blast! They will definetly be able to handle you and your crowd trust me! We went to all kinds of places such as Cafe Del Mar, Hard Rock Cafe, and the middle of the plaza for food. Places like Tu Candela, Isis and Queens are good to pick up chicks I highly recommend it as we had lots of success there! LDV was ok but I guess I was expecting higher quality and younger girls. I really liked Queen and Isis nice girls with great attitudes and good prices. Tar Heel Bred is out of his fucken mind if he thinks that $65 a day is going to cut it, there is no way you will get any premium ass being a cheapskate, specially if you think you're better than everyone and don't even speak spanish! Your going to look like an idiot! Thanks for your advice Blackhawk it was very useful info. I will be spending this Thanksgiving in Cartagena! It was that good!

Not much new in Cartagena-Tony is slimmer so is Playa Hollywood. [the beach]

Sidewalks in Laguito still run down as is the sidewalks in Bocagrande.

LDV is sill there and Electra is hopping between 3am and 430 am. So freelance bars are still alive and well.

Centro slowly but surely is getting fixed up a little bit more each trip and seems to have a few more small stores and Hotels popping up.

Intercontinental and a Raddison Hotel getting constructed.

The Poseidon apartment building directly across from LDV is nearly complete.

Still plenty of girls at beach and Tony doesn't seem to be pushing them much. Maybe he gets a cut from the other guy sitting next to him who knows?

Tony is preoccupied with his wife moving to Bogota without him. Boo hoo hoo-LOL.

Mery is doing better after car accident.

Mirador Del Laguito still only letting one girl in per person.

Real estate prices are almost double.

Ran into guy that owns Paraiso Del Marino Club [strip club and girls].I remember when it first opened.

I also have been checking the forum here and there to see an update from JerseyShore which should be good and one from Tar Heel Bred which should be full of shit! I think I speak for everyone when I say that we are all waiting to hear an honest detailed report from both of you. I am getting real close to booking my next trip to ctg for Thanksgiving weekend BlackHawk just need to finalize a couple things with some of the guys. I should know for sure by the end of April I don't know what your plans are for the Holiday weekend but in case you're in town I would love for you to join us for a day of partying or two! I usually spend the holiday with family here in the O. C. But with me being the only single one in the family and everyone is out by say 11 pm. My evening is just beginning so I think the girls appreciate me more in Cartagena, therefore ill be doing my stuffing over there this year!

Anyone who is interested in doing CTG on the cheap will want to see your report. Myself I will want to see how much money you spent as that seemed to be what most of your questions were about.

Anyway good luck and I hope you have a backup supply of money (ATM cards or friends who will send you emergency cash.) You will see once you find a hot Babe you will wish you had more money to spend on her.

Sup fellas. I'm going to Colombia for 2 weeks in March. I'm going to be hitting all the major spots. Medellin, Bogota, Cali, pereira, santa marta, barranquilla, and Cartagena.

I'm young in shape 24 yrd old male that will be trying to game girls in regular clubs and malls but I need a fall back option if it turn up empty handed.

I'm looking for a spots to go to sorta like The Balcony in Brazil and the Del Rey in Costa Rica where I can go and try to shore (get some girls for free)

Can someone give me some spots to hit

First you said you were going in March now apparently that's changed. Now I have a good question for you, Is $1000 for 2 weeks still your budget? If so, how do you plan to travel to Medellin, Pereira, Cartagena and Cali which are all hours away from each other on that budget? There is just no way dude! The ride and the food will take your $65 per day, where will you sleep? Are you even going to Colombia? I mean my thing is that if you're going to be on such a tight budget why go on vacation and pretend like you can afford it when you can't? Just go on a cruise or something that is all inclusive. Hn we ave you bought your plane ticket? Once again I will listen to my elders and the words of wisdom and I will now convince my boys to just hold off on our 2nd CTG trip till 4th of July weekend as it does sound more fun (but is just so damn far away)! Where will you be going on Thanksgiving then? So I'm leaning towards paying the $20 to Jackson so I can get your E-mail address and we can just communicate that way when we're ready to go on our trips. How safe is this site to give my cc info?

I wouldn't worry about too much Tar Heel have a buddy that went to Medellin then flew to Santa Marta did Rodadero, Tayronna Parque and some towns in between he spend 3000 dollars in 2 months. He isn't a member of this board but if you PM me I will give you his email. He's back down there now but it might be a while before he comes up for air. LOL
