Come Ramadhan it will be party as usual although one has to be careful at the SPA where raids will be more frequent. But it is a pickup joint like Beach Club, etc it should be business as usual. Maybe the odd days of raids but nothing to worry about if you are just having a drink.
I can't recall any bars that are shut during Ramadhan. Maybe less crowded including less NL ladies.

Thanks to posts here by Gamma Ray 007 and others, I recently had the pleasure of a few days at Cititel and the HC on the 4th floor... the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced... 24 hour restaurant was good also...
The HC was decent. First time there I was asked about preference and said I enjoyed a good massage as well as the sex part, and was given Helen - a 29ish Chinese Malay woman who had excellent massage skills and was certainly fun for the finish as well. I would have happily selected her the second time I returned, but she was off that day... so I was given (darn, I fogot the name) and she was acceptable but not as good as Helen.

You can get the works there from simple food, proper massage (Additional charge) to FJ. There are 5-8 PRC chicks there. Heard that its linked to Skyriver. Damage: RM218 for FJ. Food is FOC.

Some looking for Extra money before the Hari Raya.
