They may do a lot of other stuff that leaves us westerners scratching our heads, but when it comes to service they do not bullshit around. I can take my motorbike to the mechanic and he fixes it on the spot. (One time the mf took the entire thing apart right before my eyes and it only ended up being like 300 baht.) I can take my computer to get fixed and they tell me to come back in 1 hour. At 2 pm, I can tell my cleaning lady to come at 6 pm.
