I wouldn't really consider her to be slim. I would also guess that she is mid to late 20's rather than 18 or 19 though.

My situation would not apply generally and might apply even less given I am not "traveling" in the other country but living here. If that is a fine point worth noting. Maybe someone else reads that or another law differently. But worth being cautious anyway.

And the risk of course (especially in Thailand) is any grey area in interpretation could result in Murphy's Law.
