It wasn't just straight to the hotel but a few hours out to local Thai places for drinks and music one in particularly SA, who around 30 that look like 20, mutual very GFE, in all the right ways. After around a dozen session she left heard she hit the lottery with a guy.

The owner once over drinks I told him about Sa, and he offer me a recommendation said if she didn't live up to expectation no charge. I decline that was the last time I saw him. RIP.

I have seen so many grand openings and grand closings over the years and wonder why guys just throw their money down the Pattaya business hole.

I have a buddy that opened up a massage shop on an obscure soi during covid. Of course we went to support the business at the same time wondereing why the fuck he would do that. He had been around this place long enough to know better. Was it the girl he was dealing with? After he put all the money into it, it lasted only a few months.

I have known a chick about 15 years and every guy she meets ends up opening a business. I am wondering if it is her suggesting this or they come up with these bright ideas themselves. Some dude opened a package shipping business with her years ago. Last dude opened a bar with her and she had a baby with him. They were supposedly married. Now turn around and there is a new dude and they have just opened a restaurant. I wonder if these new guys even know this is the same hooker that used to be in the back of Lucifer who you could take for 1000 baht.

At this age, the last thing on my mind is creating more responsibilities for myself. Especially responsibilities that almost 100% are going to drain my bank account. I have seen too many come and go. Whenever I see a new guy in an old spot getting it ready for a new venture I just shake my damn head.

Reminds me of the Thai government trying to get airlines from America to start a flight for a losing route to Bangkok. Of course Thai Air had the route before and was bleeding money. Now they are looking for some other sucker that is willing to make the same mistake. If it is such a good idea, then why don't you do it? People always have good ideas for sonebody else's money.

People always have good ideas for sonebody else's money.[/QUOTE]Of course you pointed out the big reasons men throw money away on Thai businesses: his current girlfriend wants the business and he does it to keep the lady happy. Some probably have visions of business success on their own. Though not in Pattaya, I do know one farang who owns a successful bar-restaurant who created it for several reasons: desire to live there and start up capital were two of the big reasons. But he treats it as a serious business including a true business plan, identified a 12-month niche customer base, lots of hard work, and learning to speak respectable Thai.

Nonstop flights from USA to Bangkok is a pipe dream. USA needs to be covered by many airports and there isn't enough tourist travel to support nonstop flights from more than 2 or 3 USA airports (maybe zero). If a Thailand airline cannot support non stop travel, there is no advantage over the many existing 1-stop airlines.

1. Flaantra. 49 baht draft beer. What a waste of 49 Baht. Avg income of girls who work there. 3 baht. ?

- the police is a lot more on top of things, you can't have a website advertising the sexual services like that. Also, the sex ST rooms full of toys would be a big issue during a raid.

- it's a different generation of girls and punters now, the good looking ones that also provide hardcore service don't usually last long and end up taken (for wives) too soon.

- very hard to recruit someone (let alone a full team) that would have the "skills" and discipline of the old DD staff. I don't know how Mike did it back then, but pretty much any girl nowadays would just give up once they find out about the requirements to working there.

- DD was a safe sex, condom only thing. It would have a hard time competing with Soi6 and freelancers that are much easier to get BBFS from, for significantly less.

The last time I visited Pattaya I was a bachelor and it was back in 2009. There was a place called caramel and another place called Rasputin. Both of them were really good.

Visited Club Fate just off Soi Boomerang recently. There were a few good lookers but they were taken. I went with Lucky who performed admirably. Paid her *B1000 and B500 to use a big room with a shower. Bought her and I a drink but Ill be damned if I remember the drink prices other than they were reasonable.
