Thai women have a pragmatic approach to sex compared to women in the west. Women in the west tend to be more selective about who they are involved with. You have to be at least tall and athletic and being white or east Asian helps. I'm none of those so have had zero success in west and enough to keep me happy in Thailand.

The "catch" is that they only start making commissions after they reach the target, so let's say her target is 70 drinks. If she makes exactly 70 on the 10 day period she gets no commissions, but she gets the full pay (12 k). From the 71st drink onwards she gets the commission too. If she is under 70 drinks then there is a cut.

This crap only exists because the venues compete each other for the girls. It would be much better for everyone to just have monthly salaries (like the old days), but whoever has the 10 day think will get some girls that will only work in that arrangement. In other words, almost every bar must have the 10 day option to stay afloat.

The girls like to work the 10 days and then take a break without a commitment with the bar to return. Unlike the monthly salary, this break between 10 day periods can be zero, a few days, a few weeks. Months etc. They get a lot more freedom (at the expense of a steady income).
