I will also add that if you have stipulations like your girlfriend has to be in her twenties then you are not really trying to have a girlfriend, you are trying to have a trophy. Are you really willing to pass up a quality woman because she is 31? You can not go out looking for a real girlfriend the same as you can not leave your house looking for friends. You meet people and things happen generically. When you were a kid in a classroom with 25 other people everybody did not become your friend and you went up to nobody asking them to be your friend. You just gravitated to certain people for whatever reasons that were not forced and a friendship formed.

I have not gone out actively looking for any girlfriend, but when a woman of substance presents herself it is hard for me to resist knowing all the other bullshit that I encounter out here. I think it was Chris Rock who said that guys don't settle down, they surrender.
