I am in the early stages of planning a trip to LOS for NYE. Unfortunately, the best airfare options that I can accumulate frequent flier miles on goes thru ICN. Although I have been an active contributor in other localities, I have only recently learned enough to add anything for the Seoul section. I have hit Iteawon, Yongsan, Gireum and a double barber pole in Jongno and in every case, I ended up getting what I wanted despite the common perception that you have to be Korean and speak Korean. Tried following these directions from Kimchi Warrior, but failed. Turned left at the Seven Monkeys but did not find a second alley. The Aroma Massage place at the entrance of Iteawon would be a good start, not sure what "the works" would be in a legit massage parlor but the massage itself is excellent.

There have been several reports of providers offering cover-free FS.
