Any issues with riots over lack of water in the city, I know they are going thru a very bad drought ATM. I see nothing bad about water shortage. I am staying nice hotel but I walked around a lot. Actually never have I felt more safe walking around a mexico neighborhood. It feels better than Rosarita south of Tijuana.

I played around with one club and message parlors while there but I ended up going back to the girls I knew before I came to Monterrey. This option you mention seems really interesting.

How punctual are the girls? My current biggest problem with girls I am setting up meets with is they all over the place on when they show up. Vale la pena for me would be girls who are least 15-30 minutes within the agreed upon meet time. The two best locas I know are consistently hours late. One I am not even going to see anymore outside of the club because she is so unreliable.

It's like a membership to access for a catalog of women but Gigi's seems active since they post a lot on Twitter, telegram, sometimes Facebook. I cannot say for those girls but the escorts I have seen have been usually on time and there's a lot of them. Tijuana has more beautiful locas and mind numbing options. It has taken the sex industry to the next level. If someone is like me and prefers latinas than there may not be a better place in the world. I have seen people talk about other places and I will check them out over time. I do not think any of my wingmen would have as much fun in Monterrey as I did. From what I hear towns like MDX or GDL may be more their speed but they just enjoy Tijuana and what it offers.
