Central Marina, prior 20 plus years ago was very busy Big see, because there was pretty much no alternatives. The mall is actually nice after renovation there was a pretty good food court with lots of western food, failed bad location, second level now all outlets, no food, not even a Swenson completely gone!

Personally, the people who own Big see, this is big money corporation but instead of finding classic commercial property thinking get a " anchor tenant " they make a lot of side money outside of the property renting out spaces for so call food stall, this happens everywhere these stalls rented by big idea Thais which seem to be all of them at times pay good money to open one but they all come with the same idea of selling the same stuff reason rarely they survive. I see it everywhere more so on the Darkside, no matter where you go, the event it is all the same food you see one you see them all. This comes from not just me but my Thai family!

My son and daughter in law has done it, I funded once for their learning a tent etc. On Beach Road, The city racks in the fee, then 6000 for a space for your tent weekend, time and time again they barely break even. Whether you go to Cental Marina, Big see, Extra, outside of Terminal 21, it is selling the same old same old. You don't see them in town but on the otherside Darkside, 7/11 now buy the land build these large stores with more space outside than inside, outside they rent to local food vendors paying huge fees but barely break even, 7/11 could care less if they make it or not.

You see even the religious Temples get into the act, the one on Pattaya Tai and Second Rd. As the holiday comes they will open their Temple and do the same thing basically open the place like a carnival racking in the money. You go same food, same as any Thai market anywhere throughout Thailand.

Big see, Extra is being renovated while still open majority of work is being done at night, started as Carefore? It is a shit hole, sewer water leaking pipes everywhere but the location is good I just hope there are more food franchises to be honest. Right now they are renting out spaces outside to make up for the loss rent like a food carnival walk around same food same clothes. Same shit different day LOL!

A couple of big gogos on Walking Street have closed their doors.

I suspect many of the marginal clubs will close over the next year, due to high prices and the competitive market. Unless landlords drop rent prices, there are going to be lots of empty buildings on Walking Street.

Pattaya is but a shadow of its former self unfortunately.

It is quite astonishing how within just 4-5 years the LT prices have almost doubled (for Thaifriendly girls or random freelancers prices have gone up by around 50%-100%) and whereas creampies were ok with 90% of girls its more like 30-40% now.

Its still unbeaten in terms of ease of access and sheer variety of girls but its quickly reaching a point where the services rendered and costs are no longer going to be all that favourable. Especially if compared to other asian countries. If Vietnam offered RAW service more readily available it would be my new go to spot but they all want condoms over there which feels infinitely worse than just blowing your load inside a fresh young pussy.

I have been to Bangkok where they have BJ bars. I do not recall seeing any, or reading about any in Pattaya. Do they exist in Pattaya?

The area around closed Sensations, I think two or 3 closed then all of a sudden 3 new ones open, Geisha, is in the old Sensation location? With two others the names can't remember but they seem to be old gogo names that reinventing themselves on the otherside which people for years keep speculating will all be torn down LOL, to make way for that so call nice Beach!

It will be survival of the deep pockets!

It still is widely available.

But I agree with you, once another country with similar looks (Cambodia, Vietnam etc) can offer girls that are cute and BB friendly for reasonable prices, Pattaya will lose a lot. Apparently AC has BB available everywhere but apart from that the place has way too many downsides to be a viable replacement for Pattaya.

There are plenty at Soi Bong Koch 8. Pirates, Bada Bing to name a few.

So I landed in Pattaya yesterday, got the TF subscription and pinged some profiles. Got several replies from "freelance" girls. Some pics seem touched up, a lot of them seemed genuine. Checking with every girl I chatted that she was 100% woman. Any other red flags, things to watch out for in TF?

I have done BKK several times, and other SE Asian countries. TF is new for me, so want to make sure I don't slip up on anything.

Landed in bkk, took bus from airport to and. Pattaya. Bus was packed. Stayed at Penthouse hotel as I did such 20 years ago and it was ok. Now, the nightclub is closed, and the place was dead, but it might be due to low season. Called up many massage girls. One shagged well, one didn't look like her pics so I sent her away, was expecting a fight but she walked away without even an ask for taxi money.
