Across the street and about 30 yards closer to Calle 14 is Divas (Calle 61 #13-79), which also is very discreet from the outside. The club is smaller and up a flight of stairs. Similar pricing at 50-80 mil. Sandra is in her 30's and provides decent service and has been working there for a few years. Note: Divas seems to treat its women well, which is important to me. Both of these places, as for most clubs in Zona de Tolerencia, are loud as fuck.
Spent more time in Zona de Tolerencia, especially on Carrera 16 a. There are so many clubs in this area, especially on this street, that it makes me feel very safe. Fun starts in the afternoon. Venus is always fun with a good show, but is always crowded. Casanova is good and Ana, the black waitress is trustworthy. Also, they seem to treat the women well. Valentina provides great service, is very nice, not a drinker, and is smoking hot (I like them natural). She and her friend Sari (provided a good 3-way show. Prices for a short time typically run 50 mil in these places. The waiter in Atunes was pushy and dishonest. Piscina in nicer than many down there, at least the room are, and more expensive. Note: any of these waiters can hook you up with "party favors" if you're into that.

I am planning a two weeks visit to Bogota in spring. I have done my homework on safety (stay in Chapinero area and avoid the south, call for taxi never flag one on street, don't go out after dark, don't carry a lot of cash or bank card with me, order food for delivery instead of walking to restaurants.) and also done my home work on escorts and will call for outcall (I am certainly not going anywhere close to tolerance zone day or night) and the only one trusted by all is Solitasparati agency who has young good looking escorts with real pictures (if you know other ones please advise). 3- I have read that seeing escorts is legal in Colombia but only in tolerance zones (the dangerous zones that I will avoid) so does that mean it is illegal for me to invite escorts to my place which will be in safer areas like Chapinero which is outside of tolerance areas? I would like to do everything legally but if it is illegal and LE sees this what would be the penalty (just fine or jail?) I would like to have fun but don't wish to get myself into any trouble.
4 - I hear about strip bars in safe areas (like Lalo for example) where you see the lady first and then pick (as I said looks is the only factor not services as I am not seeking sex or anything sexual). Are these clubs safe to go? I know they are very expensive but safety is my concern. Are they any dance bars (like discos) where I can go safety and meet a none-pro?

Bogota is a megaopolis.
For me there are so many nice Chicas in my neighborhood (I live 5 minutes walk from Santa Fe) It's hard for me to go anywhere else.
1. USA, Sweden and France are as far as I know the only countries in the world where LE might arrest a client for using prostitution service. No one cares in Colombia if you go with prostitutes as long as they are not minor of course. People care however for safety of foreign guests, so don't feel offended if security ask ID of the girl, it's for your own safety.
2. Girls will not be ofended if you ask for ID. People are used in Colombia to flash their cedula ten times a day.
3. Prostitution is officially illegal in Colombia, but largely tolerated and not only in zona de tolerencia. These laws go for the girls and of course the pimps. Clients are not concerned.
4. Night Clubs in Zona Norte are extremely safe regarding physical safety. Major risk is that the bill might end up high, especially with foreigners. Just don't forget to ask each time for price before ordering drinks or service from the girls.
It seems Tinder works in Medellin, CTG, etc after reading those threads; however, does anyone have experience with it in Bogota?
Also, I am thinking of staying at a hotel called Charlie's Place in Usaquen. Is that too far from "the action" of Chapinero and Sante Fe? I did not think it would be due to taxis and Uber being so cheap there.

There are quite a few hotel options between Zona Rosa and Chapinero at reasonable prices.
Another option is to find a place close to Autopiste Norte. The Transmilenio buses have dedicated lanes, so they aren't held up by traffic.
I don't know if there's a traffic app for Bogota. If there is, might be a good idea to try and figure out when is the best time to head south.

Yes there are many other countries too which have adopted the Swedish model in which it is illegal for clients to buy sex only and not for sex workers to sell! Might I suggest as your first trip in Colombia to stay at the Mansion in Medellin and let some guys more experienced show you the ropes.

I was reading your great report earlier on everything in Bogota including strip bars and Lolas come on the top in terms of best looks though likely with no strip shows which is something I like so I may look for other bars with strip shows but great to know about taxis waiting though travel advisories are advising not to catch a taxi on street and always call because of what has happened in the past to tourists (and again thank you so much for your fantastic contributions to this forum).
