As much as we complain that the hot thin 20 year olds that used to be in Pattaya have disappeared, nobody mentions the appearance of silicon enhanced 30 year olds that didn't exist back in the day.
Anyway, I recently had a throwback thin 20 year old in my condo, and she didn't do it for me.
Another newer model is the 30 year old with the artificial face (botox and silicon injections), nose job, white skin, its like they came out of a factory, they all look the same. I see them in China, too.

It's VERY rare for Thai bar girls to hit the gym by themselves. Pretty much every girl that looks good and takes the gym serious does it because they have gym freak for a boyfriend that pushed them to do it.
With some luck you will find one that recently broke up with the BF and returned to the bar while she still has the gym body (or even still works out).
The great majority of bar girls just rely on good genetics. There is one in Sandcastle bar called Donut, she is about 30 now and always had this amazing shape. Petite with a nice round ass, flat stomach and a beautiful set of natural tits. And she never set foot on a gym, just pure genetics marvel.

Here in Macau, I see some among the wealthy Chinese.
I shudder to think what these ladies will look like in 10 years, I don't think those face jobs are designed to last long.

Most girls I talked to asked around 2,000 for short time, whether in the bar room or elsewhere. Bar fines on Soi 6 are around 1 k, and room rental is between 300 and 500. If you take the room, you don't pay the bar fine, of course. Long time prices I was quoted were between 3 k and 4 k on Soi 6.

Although I live on the Darkside, when I first came 20 years ago, I cycle daily far and wide but rarely did I see anyone particularly Thais riding or exercising at a park near my house. But for the last 10 years? Things have changed I see large groups leisure and race teams out in my area, Out on the lake is an exercise path where a large number in the early evening jog or walk, there are business that rent out cycling bikes. There are a number of Thai workout gyms open air now the park near my home morning a large group of women doing Yoga, several large groups of Thais with women working out.
It might not be much to a observer but Thais don't seem to even can or want to walk a block! I recently visit a Thai gym near my home twice a week to use the machine to work on strenghten my legs and there are several ladies there all different age. As for whether they have boyfriends or not I don't put myself out there since I don't know if they are my neighbors or not which I don't it getting back to my wife or son them getting the wrong impression! But the Thai Yoga instruction MIF great body and ass I myself was thinking of joining? LOL.

Some bars, such as Windmill, are jammed with customers, and the ladies are making big money. Of course, their job entails girl-girl shows, getting fingered by customers in public, and lots of Short Time.
In a few months, they will be lucky to get one ST per shift.

The other night we were in the disco and my brother's best friend was negotiating with a chick. (No idea why they were sitting next to each other writing messages back and forth.) She told him 6000 for 2 days. This is his first time ever in Thailand. He told her he would give her 1500 per day. She accepted. They had a great time together for 1 day. Funny how a guy who just stepped foot in Thailand can do this, but it is like garlic to Dracula for people who have been here for 20 years.
On the flipside, he lives with his girl back home. He told her he was sick in the room, then proceeded to post on facebook himself in the disco with all types of chicks for his girl to see. Do Thai men feed her some magic potion? These girls do not even do Thai men, except for some "boyfriend" to whom they put out for free (not for puny 700 baht).
Take this girl I was negotiating with yesterday (screenshots below). Tallish, skinny with pinched waist and bubble butt, under 25. When I first contacted her in May 2025 she quoted the following:
2000 covered.
4000 uncovered.
No anal.
No CIM.
I sessioned her back then several times, both for 2000 and for 4000.
This year she only quoted 4000 (see screenshot). I asked her (in Thai) whether this was bareback, to which she replied with an OKAY sticker. This was at 10 am. I told her ok come over then.

Will be back to Pattaya next week after a 10 year or so hiatus for just a few days. I'm traveling through SE Asia and flying back home from BKK. Could use some advise on what area to stay. Will be solo, not really into clubs, more of a beach bar people watching kind of guy. I tend to prefer freelancers and TF to hookup vs formalized gogos or lady bars. I enjoy walking, will walk 5-10 miles a day just exploring areas. Really enjoy good massages, HJ / BJ is the cherry on top but want to get a good massage every day. Maybe twice a day if they don't beat me up too much. Don't mind music everywhere but also not into ear blasting club music. Any advise from the regs would be welcome. Open to other areas as well. They want our money but down deep if opportunity arises they rather be with their own kind in general.
Now I don't know if they go from 5000 baht to a Farang to 700 baht for a Thai man, the actually money exchanges but living here on the Darkside, there are a number of huge venue owned and run by the BIB many of the ladies working far exceed what I've seen in town. From what my Thai son quoted it isn't 700 but like 2000 for the whole night. I've taken my cousins to few of these places they drooling soaked once girl finds out we aren't actually Thai the price goes up or they just down want to go but they will sit and drink and serve you.
This is the same reason on the Darkside, a young farm girl will start work in a local place first, they move from a 100% Thai place, to a small bar where old ass farang like me might go, the old guys out here see young fresh meat like the Thai Soi dogs they hit it like no tomorrow, once the girl get use to the money, told they can make more here there they are gone if not sponsor by then.
