Hint: it's a street in Bangkok that runs from Pattaya to Plonchit

Suk run even further, far beyond Sattahip. Actually Suk is the old highway no. 3.

To understand that abbreviation implies that someone is familiar with Bangkok.
A first timer might know Sukhumvit after reading about Bangkok, but you can't expect him to understand suk. But the question if there are young girls in Bangkok is the most stupid I have ever heard.

SUK is the longest road in all of Asia, runs all the way to Cambodia.

A Suk-Parlour sounds great, but it really isn't.

Yes that was a stupid question Tiger,But I kinda think looking for INDIAN girls in INDONESIA was equally stupid.I forgot somebody PMed me about 2 months ago asking if It was safe to pick up women off the street in the PI and If there were hookers on the street in Angeles City??Next thing you know,He might ask me if there are sex shows in Patpong or hookers in Soi Cowboy.Best regards and hope to hook up with you in Macau or Zhuhai or Hong Kong later this year.

Yes, you are correct. I have just never been past Sattahip and that was more than 30 years ago.

I would suggest hanging around a university campus. There are plenty of girls who need a little extra spending money. Try any coffee shop near the Chulalongkorn Book Store behind Siam Square. I didn't believe this advice until my girlfriend, who is an English Teacher at another university, brought it to my attention.

However, if you are like me and don't fit into the college scene any more, you can also try the Bamboo Bar (not Suk Soi 3) at the Oriental Hotel $$$$; The Diplomat Bar at the Conrad $$$$; or Spaso's in the basement of the Erawan Grand Hayatt $$$. The girls at the Oriental and Conrad are really highclass while the girls at Spaso's are basically Bier Garten girls who have gone upscale.

The Diplomat bar and the club at the Conrad 86 or 87 club are excellent, also Bed bar on soi 11, some good ones in Q bar on 11. Forget soi 33 and i agree on Spassos crap girls, CM2 sometimes has some better quality girls.

Generally, we seem to agree on most things.

But, with all due respect to your GF, hanging around a university campus, unless you are young, can speak excellent Thai and look like Heath Ledger or Leonardo DiCaprio isn't going to get you very far. The idea of a coffee shop near the Chula bookstore is just laughable. Chula girls, who are probably the ones frequenting these places are for the most part, HiSo, extremely rich and conservative. It is very unlikely they would welcome a come-on from any stranger, let alone a Farang. Other girls that might be in those coffee shops might be shopgirls from the nearby stores. But, they are hardly the upscale girls to which 'Chacha' referred.
If you were to find someone in another university area, say at Ramkhamhaeng U., who was more receptive, you would not get her into the sack without considerable time and effort, including the cost of several dates over several weeks.

My current romantic interest is a case-in-point.
She is a student at a middle-of-the-road uni near Ramkhamhaeng. I have known her five weeks and have been on six dates with her. So far, I have spent nearly 10,000 baht on her. I have not been to her room and have not even kissed her, yet. However, she has finally told me that she wants to come and stay with me for the Songkhran holiday. I suppose that will be my reward for patience. But, it has taken considerable effort to get her to trust me and want to be with me. This, I would say is the norm.
