The girls gravitate to where their customers are, and their lifestyle.

There was and will again be a hefty nightlife in Rawai when things open back up.

And a lot of moneyed punting tourists actually stay around Rawai, think boutique resort, condo, and private pool villa type tourists. They don't want to hit Patong other than for occasional nightly entertainment, and the girls are the same.

So if the girls have chosen to live in Rawai now, my guess is they'll stay there.

As you said it's cheaper for you to live there, and it's cheaper for them too.

Much more of the things they want to do in their personal time are available in Rawai, and that won't change anytime soon.

They will transit into Patong a few nights a week like they do now, but will continue to live Rawai.

That doesn't mean they are without sponsors (remote).

But I'm guessing they're just like the Thai girls with sponsors, often they are still "transactionally" available. 5555.

A lot of the Russian girls in Bangkok used to work on webcams and lived here for the lifestyle. You would see them a lot on Soi 11 in the nightclubs (Mixx / levels etc) and were definitely available at a price. Never cheap. Think 5000 to 10000.

I think most people are using Thai Friendly, a website for meeting people. My guess is 2/3 of the girls there are freelancers. Just introduce yourself, be direct and nice, and ask them about freelancing. It's very easy and I don't think you'll have any shortage of takers. The German guys next door to me have new girls over every night. God bless them. I have taken it slow and then got food poisoning, so I have only had one girl over. She was a bit of a mess, but nice enough. I think she had like zero experience and she was very upset that I didn't want her back again.

Have a read back through the last month or so threads on here and you'll get a recent update of what's available.

Search on google for Christins Massage on Ratuthit Road, whilst it's closed there are about 10 naughty massage places around there with much more on offer than just ladyboys. If you're after a younger lady, try Benz Massage and ask for Earn.

As to soapy massage, there are none of the bigger good ones open on Phuket that I know of, but Nuru Massage on Soi Nana is open. See my post already on my visit there.

Lastly, on reading here you will see that, IMHO, it's Rawai that is the happening daytime punting scene for quality younger (under 30) massage girls and even afternoon time bar girls, or should I say restaurants, hahahaha. Patong punting needs are more being satisfied by freelancers operating on ThaiFriendly, or in the afternoon ones found at Beach Road places like restaurants (Baan Lamai), and beach clubs (Kudo Beach Club), then in the evening the freelancers are popping up on the bars on Bangla Road. Also some have had success just grabbing contact numbers from massage girls and girls met in bars at night to arrange follow up catchups.

It definitely seemed busier this weekend than last weekend on Banga Rd. Or that is my perception. I think maybe the key is to get there a little early. With everything closing early, it seems like most of the better girls are snatched up fast. I would have been happy with that much from the beginning. There's a search button, a call button, and then a button that pulls up other options. None of those option allow for name change and clicking on the name doesn't give me the chance either.

Maybe it's related, but nobody can add my line, I always have to add them. I thought maybe it was because I didn't have an actual Thai phone number or something, but maybe I have an old version or the iPhone version is different?
