I rode the Metro to Bratislavskaya first, and then grabbed a car to go find the club. Had to take a car home because the Metro had shut down for the night.

I did not feel threatened at any time in the area around Bratislavskaya. It's a perfectly safe neighborhood, as safe as central Moscow. But, if you don't speak or read Russian, you will have difficulty getting around and finding things.

If you don't speak or read Russian and you will only be in Moscow for one night, it's best to stay in the center of town. Go to some big club like Aurora.
