This is an upscale fine dining place with a serene dining room and some outdoor seating as well. The spread features something for everyone. Several types of fresh baked bread. Good coffee and tea. Cold cuts. A few Thai dishes. If you're looking for American breakfast food, they cook eggs to order with multiple types of meat. I'm a big fan of a hashbrown-like dish called rosti. The buffet is served until 2:00 pm.
You can also get "American" breakfast food at any of the places that serve pub grub. The Sportsman, Robin Hood, Witherspoon's and my personal favorite the Devonshire on Soi Lengkee. All those places cater to the ex-pat crowd, so if you've never tried an English Breakfast have at it. They usually have numerous sporting events going whenever they are open.
I'm afraid all these places are a bit south of Soi 6. And you'll be going against the one-way traffic on Second Road. Best bet is to work your way over to Soi Buakhao and head south.

The buffet is served until 2:00 pm. [/QUOTE]I'm a fan of Casa Pascal as well. As a true Dutchman I like to eat bread for breakfast and lunch, and Casa Pascal's fresh baked bread is great.
The hashbrown-like dish is actually called rösti. It's Swiss, just like the owner and quite a lot of the German speaking customers I think.

I do not care much about their English 'food'.

While there may be more overweight providers, it has never been the case that every provider was slim and petite in these countries.

I did not see any overweight providers then. If I did it would have been highly unusual and I would have remembered. I would not say that all were petite and slim but none were overweight.

They make a few phone calls. In between they asked me if I am okay, to which I said no. I tried to call the bar's listed phone number on internet but the calls go unanswered.
