There are small private hospitals all over the place.
And just to let you know: HIV takes time to show up. When doctors or clinicians perform an HIV test, they are actually looking for the antibodies your body produces to fight the virus (even though those antibodies don't go to any use since HIV hijacks the cells that tell antibodies what to kill). Generally, it takes 3 to 6 months for your body to produce detectable amounts of these antibodies. So, if you had an HIV test now, it would only report on your condition up to the current date from 3-6 months ago.

Basically, you get to hold onto that paranoia for the next half a year. Get tested in 3 months, and if it comes back negative, wait another 3-6 months and get tested one more time before you consider yourself completely out of the woods.

Also, you might want to get checked out for other infections such as syphilis, chlamydia, thrush, and anything else a clinic may recommend. Though they are treatable and generally not fatal, you don't want to be a douche bag and spread STD's among girls you have sex with, whether they are professionals or not.
