I agree that Taiwan is a "tougher nut to crack" than other southeast Asian countries. For one, Taiwan is more developed and probably on par with Japan or Korea in terms of costs for pussy, so you don't get the mongering deals like in Thailand, Philippines, etc. The best strategy if you are here for the long-term is to do what Rag or Freebie does by hooking up on dating sites like FriendInAsia or Badoo, etc. But it does take more work in terms of emailing, etc. but all you really need is post your white face, and then you just have to figure out which responses are legit.
