Well I can't help you with the girls. But to optimize your timings, check out at 12 you can stretch it to 1. Unless they are overbooked they wouldn't make a fuss about it. Leave your bags at the hotel unless you have just a single carry on and hit the spas nearby. That would help you kill a couple of hours at least and go back with empty balls.
