Arrive late Wednesday night and headed own to Pizza Alley. The Old Pub and Sabor Peurano are open and running as usual. The Old Pub no longer has outdoor seating.

I was in Sabor Peurano the last couple of nights; business as usual and lots of women in the place.

After chatting with one of the dudes at the alley park entrance, we headed to La Oficina (taxi, cover, and one drink = 50 soles), but we ended up at a new place called Samira. Got there around 2:30 Wednesday night.

Fichas were 60 soles, I did not partake. I chatted with a few women, most were pretty hot. Sex was off site and they all wanted 200 US. I asked them all was that for 2-3 days; no one thought that was funny.

Were the women stunners or just okay? Anyone wanting $200 in Lima better be a 10, but even the escort sites like Geisha Academy are showing women in Lima getting double what the woman in Bogota are. I just don't get it. Who is paying that?

In reality, there are girls from 30 soles (9,00 US $) to 1000,00 soles (300,00 US $) easily found. Nowadays, an American tourist with no time to build a contact network and not willuing to risk outside the Barranco-Miraflores-San Isidro axis, should be able to find girls in the 150-300 soles range (45 - 90 US $) in sites like kineseconomicas, putasenlima, photokinesiologas, placeresdelperu, kinestops or similar. Geisha academy is at the high end of the scale and I can't imagine who is paying that either.

The recent flood of Venezuelan girls is pushing the market down to be sure, but you'd have to go outside the Barranco-Miraflores-San Isidro area to notice, try Lince for 120 soles (36 US $) girls, maybe even the 80 soles (24 US $) Venezuelan streetwalker. You'd have to go all the way to Comas, Lurin or Ate for a 30 soles (9. US $) girl.

I went in there Saturday night. There is no sign, that I could find on the outside.

The place just looks like a regular disco and is only open on Friday and Saturday nights.

One of the security guys from the other Sabor Peruano saw me and we chatted a bit. He confirmed it was just a disco and he rarely saw any working girls.

Besides that; life is good in Lima!

Absolutely agree 100% about the "LOS Delfines" hotel. They have security all over.

One time I had a young lady meet me at the restaurant and after grabbing a bite to eat, we headed towards the elevators.
