My guess is that since there is very little to gain from putting so much resources into framing a regular citizen under cyber crime, the authorities would most likely not spend resources on it unless they have a very serious reason to go after you. Hackers using this information to blackmail is more likely but even that is very rare possibility.

My general advice to everyone would be to not use a phone for internet activity related to mongering as it's much less safer and much more prone to being lost / hacked.
