Tried a couple of different providers in the past 6 months or so. One thing I do know is that it seems like in Taipei, you can get something starting from 4-4.5K from different providers with the client hosting. I've never tried the 4K but based on my experience ranging from 6-13K. 4.5K should also be quite acceptable.
