A few weeks back I visited Monterrey. I stayed in the Centro area by Plaza Hidalgo near the Macroplaza. I picked the area because there is a walking zone with restaurants, pharmacies, and stores. Guadalajara has the best climate IMO in the country and I saw many head turners when I was there, but it was hard to find any of the petite types in the P4 \P world.
