Stay away from this lot.
There are plenty of guys living here in the Philippines (and who live in or are very familiar with Cebu ) who will give you all the assistance you need if you want to find a spouse.
For example (and purely as an illustration). If I had time I could assist you by flying down from Manila.
Cost for the fare from Manila to Cebu and accommodation for a week would be:
Return Fare 3000 php
Accommodation (6 days at 2500/night) = 15,000
Total Cost: 18,000 php
On todays forex rates, thats $400 usd
I am merely illustrating the difference between what they are quoting and what it might cost you even if you "hired' a wingman.
I bet there are many guys living in Cebu who would take you under their wing for a day or so and all it will cost you is a few beers and a lunch.
After that you will not need any assistance (except some guys to get the girls off your back lol)

If you have spent any time in the Philippines, then you know that this is successful. When I say successful I am talking about being able to meet a Filipina and have her fall in love with you in a week. Checked in October 31 and I'm writing this report from the lobby. Have stayed at their Baguio property a few years back so I was interested how this boutique hotel measured up. So far everything seems to be going good as I happen to know an employee and she is excited heading towards the grand opening on November 15 which is fully booked.
There is a 50% discount until December 15 and is quite the deal. Currently, only the first three floors are open and available with more floors opening this month. The rooms are smartly designed and furnished featuring wall mounted TV, frig, hot water kettle and automatic climate control.
The free breakfast is excellent with good quality offerings and fresh brewed coffee. The cook is standing by to cook you eggs or an omelet.
The free WiFi works great throughout and after chatting with their IT guy, the only problem so far was having to do a reset.
The staff was very courteous, friendly and attentive from the doorman to the waiters and I would stay here again with no hesitation!
Took me two minutes to walk to the Metro department store entrance of Ayala mall yesterday but the rest of the mall was shut tighter then a drum due to the holiday.

The problem is that you dont know if they are telling the truth, that the girl comes from the province or is someone who is normally working in a bar that is eager to meet someone new.

It would be cheaper for you to go to Phils yourself, find a place to stay for 3 weeks and see what comes out of it. If you stay with a girl for a coupe of weeks, most of them will be bitchy in some way or other. They mainly had kids mind and attitude. None (or very few) are really mature and can keep a conversation.

There is no web site, if you google you will find one but this not an official web site - it is in fact a site set up by a local firm to take bookings etc so just call the hotel itself.

Am hearing from Radoboy that wifi still intermittent but OK in lobby but Mattrick said allw as OK so must depend on the day and floor possibly.
I put up two chica friends in the Elizabeth a couple of weeks ago and while talking with the reservations manager mentioned the lack of website. She said they were "working on it". Since she told me that their target clientele are business men, they will obviously have to get their act together as far as having readily available information on the internet. I would bet that they are aiming at the official hotel opening date to have the website functioning. By the way, they advertise the hotelīs ĻThai MassageĻ services at the front desk. About 20 meters across the street is another massage parlor with a couple of girls sitting in front of the window. There are another couple of hotels in the same area opening in the near future.

This comment must be based on the cross-section of uneducated girls that you encounter Marco.
I have worked here for 14 years with educated filipinas.
These girls are certainly very mature and could talk the rug out from under many Aussie girls.
It is just not sensible to make such a sweeping statement without qualifying it in some way.
If your sample of girls are from bars or freelancers in malls or off the street then it might well be correct.
If you are talking about the whole sample of filipinas including the teachers, nurses, secretaries etc etc then your comment is just not true.
