Is it reputable?

Apologies if I'm double posting, but have some trouble to post. Anyone used the Taipei BP listings?

I'm sure there are a bunch of Lao Wai's out there looking for guidance and advice in this field, but this forum does not provide it- in fact, it pretty overtly states that none of this information is helpful to non-Chinese people because of the way a lot of these places work. I had similar experience the last time I was in Japan. Not being able to speak Japanese limited my ability to experiment and explore in the mongering scene. In effect, I was like a Lao Wai, even though I look like one of them and could blend right in the crowd. So language is indeed an issue. Frankly, most in this business just don't have the level of education / training to be able to master enough English to engage with foreigners who don't speak Mandarin. (If they had the education / training, they would very likely not be in this business in the first place.) The barrier is mutual: you don't speak Mandarin, they don't speak English. There is no common ground. That's the brutal truth. As for me, I am taking Japanese lessons now in the hope that I could make it useful the next time I visit Japan, both as a tourist and a monger, hehe. Cheers.

I agree that the forum is pretty quiet compared to other places but don't blame it on the people who can speak the native language or who bother to post reports. This is a forum for sharing, if you have a problem with the content then I suggest you post yourself. Far too often I have had brothers ask for handouts or never contribute after I have given them info.

As with any country a basic knowledge of the girls you are trying to screw will help towards getting tail, options otherwise are limited to "Lao wai only" and I am sorry if that upsets you. But that happens in any country I have mongered in, (Japan was especially harsh,) , but those are the breaks.

It's happened to me once. Granted I was at a location that was on the edge of Taipei Proper (Tucheng Station Blue Line) , it was still kinda crappy. I called the mamasan that I usually use, and asked for a girl. The provider told me to wait around 20 min. 20 min goes by, then 30 min, and then 40. I call back, and she told me the she'll check for me. At the hour mark, she calls me back, and told me the agency that she contact who was supposed to send the girl out had actually declined, saying the travel was too far. Anyway, the mamasan apologized and sent me another girl, which showed up after another 30 min wait. In hindsight, I suppose I should have asked for a discount or something along those lines.

You really need to look at the top menu section. You will see a tab for Abbreviation. You need to learn to read more slowly instead of breezing through to the pics. Read and you will learn.

Has anyone tried the service providers that offer the Taiwan actress, model, car show girl, etc. For around 25k NTD? I have read articles about B-list actresses signing up as escorts and I know some of them are really hot, just not sure if its worth the 25K or not. Anyways, thinking about taking the plunge tonight and trying it. Will report if I go through with it later.

Went there last night to check out some hos but all I saw was some old hos not worth the 1.5k so I left.

From my long time experience in Taiwan: find freebie (AFF, DiA. Those two worked for me before) or fly to Thailand / Philippines. Mongering scene is really bad for westerners in Taiwan. Even if you go to shacks in Taoyuan or Keelong some of the girls even don't look at you and when you propose they refuse. Pinay and Thai girls are just happy to serve you, Taiwanese not. My writing is not offensive, Taiwan has its own culture and thinking and in many aspects this is not a place for westerners (or, generally speaking, for foreigners)
