Has anyone been to Golden Time lately? How are the girls over there, and price?

Please do not ruin it for the rest of us by shelling out 300 for 2 hours of fun. You can have TLN for 200!

This place is located just north of Hard Rock / Radisson / Multicentro on Calle 53. It's in the little strip mall across the street from Felipe Motta, at the end of the short hallway between the Subway and Pizza Hut. It's the last door on the right. Be careful, as the 2nd to last door seems to be a legit spa joint.

It's a "spa style" joint. They have a small foyer with a price list. Gal takes you to one of 3 legit looking massage rooms with massage tables, candles, music, low lighting. The good thing is the gal takes you to a shower and washes you up before and after, which is fun.

It seems a tad expensive. Not knowing what was what, I chose the $110 service (1 HR), which was only a cuerpo a cuerpo massage and an HJ. I think servicio completo was $160. The provider was an attractive colombiana, near Golden Time quality, definitely above Relax. Massage was mediocre.

Only open during the day, discreet, might be a convenient option for those staying at the Hard Rock, or those looking for easy daytime action.

So my trip to Panama City had nothing to do with chicas initially, and everything to do with frequent flyer miles (but that's a different post for a different forum), but I certainly wanted to see if I could check out some of the action, especially after reading so much on this forum (so thank you, gentlemen).

I was there this past weekend, for only two full days-- Friday (which, sadly, turned out to be Good Friday) and Saturday. I actually arrived Thursday night, and if I knew then what I know know, I would have gone out right after checking into the hotel (stayed at the Hyatt, but I always stay at Hyatts, anyway) -- but I was tired, and wanted to get an early start to my day, so I just went to bed. Good Friday, so you all know, is a major holiday here. Most everything was closed (although the Miraflores Vistors Center is open, as are many shops in the Casco Antigua / Viejo. I also did a hike in the municipal park to see if I could find some monkeys. Saw some other animals, but no monos), and (most crucially) there was a ban on the selling or serving of alcohol throughout the whole place. I did all of my sight-seeing that day, since it was my first time there. Stopped by Relax Oriental to see if it was open (around 8:00 PM), and it wasn't. Veneto Casino, closed. Habanos- deserted. Nothing going on anywhere. I had been told things would open back up at midnight- so I went to the Veneto, and sure enough it re-opened. I had a few cheap beers (tried all three of the locals- Panama, Atlas, Balboa; all about $2. 00, all merely serviceable), and talked with a hilariously drunk Irish guy at the bar. There were no women right at midnight, and by 1:00 AM, maybe one or two had been through. I decided I was wasting my time (and had to get up early for a flight to Isla Contadora), so I left.

I walked by Habanos, to see if they had also re-opened, and it was a ghost town. They were showing an uncensored version of one of the American Pie movies on the big screen as I walked by, so that was funny.

I spent the day on Contadora, on a nice quiet beach. Got back to the city around 6:00. Washed up, and went back to Relax Oriental-- by this time, it was around 7:00 or so. I went to Relax first, on the off chance that I waited to go to Habanos, and it was dead or really quiet again. I didn't want to miss sampling the local talent, so I hedged my bets by trying Relax first. Relax was open. Went in, there were 5 chicas to choose from, ranging from a solid 7. 5 to about uh, no thanks. I went with the 7. 5, and her name was Mariana. She was very sweet, slightly thick in the way that I love, cute booty, and had had some work done up top, but they looked more natural (but you could see the faint tell-tale scars). English was non-existent, but my Spanish is serviceable in a pinch, so we got on fine. Massage was okay (but not really why I was there). Ask your driver to drop you off at Avatar Indian Restaurant on Via Argentina- you can easily Google that address, and it's right next to it, off of a parking lot in the rear.

Got cleaned up, ate at Beirut (which was delicious-- really good hummus). Walked by Habanos-- and it was packed. I immediately regretted going to Relax first-- I could tell from the street there were some really good looking ladies there. At this point it was after 10:00-- and I had to get up at 3:00 AM for my flight. I considered going in, and finding a chica to bring back to the Hyatt to help me pack, but I was tired, and the thought of spending $100+, losing any chance at sleep, and possibly not being able to get that into it be / see I had already been to Relax made me pass it up.

Sign up for Uber guys-- I took maybe 11-12 Uber rides, and I think I paid less than $25 for all of them combined. Easy pick-up, easy drop off, very convenient.

Anyway, all in all, I enjoyed my trip, since my purpose was not to come to indulge this hobby, but everyone else should steer clear of Good Friday in Panama City. I'll likely return to PTY, because I want to go on a whale watching trip, and I'll make sure I read this forum closely before booking my flights.

We are staying at the Hyatt for the first 2 days (based on the reviews on this site, as well as it having no chica fees), and then Hard Rock for the last 3 days. We are trying to get Mongering as well as regular civilian partying in this trip.

Based on the reading the forum, we are planning on visiting Habanos, Veneto & a couple of spas. Maybe throw in a couple of strip clubs as well (which ones would be the best? Will also be using Uber as the main means of transportation, and will visit Gaucho for a nice steak!

A couple of questions which would help our trip:

-Is there any mongering in Old Panama area?

-What are the places to find civilian chicas?

-Is there any SW places that are dirt cheap? Would like to see that just for the experience.

As for mongering in Old Panama there is a place as you enter Casco Viejo, La Mayor. I would skip this place as most people in the city said to not bother. Instead, hit the night clubs in CV for some civilians on Friday and Saturday night. Seriously just go bar / lounge hopping till ya hit the jackpot. Did it two weeks ago. As for the strippers, elite and LE palace. At elite you get open bar for 30 bucks.

The official Hard Rock management position is that hookers are not allowed. Not in the guest rooms and not in the clubs. This is the official management position. Whether or not it is upheld by the staff or whether it is possible to bribe a staff member is a separate question.

For non-pros, go across the street from the Hard Rock. The four bars on the terrace that have been recently discussed here also have regular girls. As well as high Habanos-level pros. And, of course, MultiCentro mall that the bars are attached to. But you better have mondo game in Spanish as it's an upscale place where regular girls have plenty of options.

[/QUOTE]If you plan on bringing girls back every night to the Hard Rock it won't work out well for you. Very high chica fee and a hassle. This goes for any hotel that isn't chica friendly.

I've gone up to the sky lounge with one, when I wasn't staying there. We just showed up in a hotel cab (black suv) and went up. No hassle. She was dressed for partying and wasn't wearing anything outlandish.

However, it's worth pointing out, that if you already have your chica waiting for you, like I did in the past, you can just have her pick you up at the airport with her own luggage. You both enter looking like tourists and get registered without any hassles. These kinds of hotels just don't want hooker foot traffic. They don't care if you are vacationing with a Colombian chica.
