General Info

I made one last stop at Orion before I leave Sunday. Talked with FeiFei, who I also saw Thursday night, but I just wasn't in the mood. She has an off site residence that is the "go to" place.

It seems like very girl I talked with has that option. In some cases its their own apartment. In others they have to pay a small fee ( 200 QR) that they try to get you to cover as well.

That got me thinking about possible hotels. My hotel this trip is the Moevenpik Cornish. You can take girls to your room if they show their passport and you pay an additional 100 QR.

100 QR is not much but some girls do not want their passport copied.

I asked several girls at Orion. The Radisson Blu would seem a good choice as you are right there but it seems to be restrictive. A no go. All the girls said no.

The only unanimous option seemed to be the Holiday Villa.

So what are the girls in the room friendly hotels?

Can anyone advise on the situation with regard to bringing items like condoms & Viagra into Qatar? No real problem or a major risk of getting pulled at Customs?

New to the forum here, but not to Doha. I've been to the Radisson quite a few times but have never found anyone of interest there. I'm not really into Asians, so I ask, where are the European WG's?

Is there a different hotel / club wit different nationalities or am I just not in luck?

Also, I read a post that was always back that mentioned an agency that was asking for a pic first. I had a similar encounter the other day. I found Maria on middle-Easter sorts and sent a message. Got a quick reply and she asked for a quick video to ensure it was me. So I made a quick 3 second video saying Hi and sent it. After some dialogue back and forth we arranged time and place. When it came time for her to come over she messaged me that the taxi didn't know the way and asked me to come get her. I told her to tell the driver to take her to the torch and I'll pick up there. She then said he didn't know where it was etc. At that point I backed out. Who in Doha doesn't know the Torch? Seemed really shady to me. Anyone else experience anything similar?

Nearly empty and no WG.

I heard that 22 Chinese ladies were taken by police last Thursday and that most of them had to leave Doha. My Chinese source commented that Chinese ladies are flying out or staying in house afraid even going to supermarket. I have been a few places last few days. A few African WG one place. Just above 10 Chinese WG another place.

Robbaf and I had some Mercure comments. Yes, Mercure emptied previous Thursday but don't think ladies got problems. The 22 ladies caught were caught at a hotel parking during a few raids that evening. Only PRC ladies are having problems. Have seen PRC WG 2 places this week so going more back to normal. One place Wednesday evening I counted 30 WG. Business lousy as customers, especially non white, are scared.

One more place with PRC ladies yesterday. My total count now 3 places.

My comments was more like as it was sold openly a few years back I don't think it will be a problem at customs if you don't bring a lot. Take it with you as they will never notice.

Was an article about 25 closures earlier this year due to not having proper records for some medicines as well.

Wasted a night at the Mercure nightclub. What a dog track. Probably 95% old and fat PRC birds and not worth the time or money. Being drunk and horny I grabbed the only moderately attractive girl called Jemee. She quoted a ridiculous 1500 and wouldn't go below 1000 for the night.

Due to a recent crackdown she wouldn't go to my hotel so I had to go to some disgusting, hot, hole in the wall near the club. Not exactly the five star accommodation I prefer. Took her for one round and wasn't interested in staying any longer.

If you are traveling to Qatar for business don't bother with mongering. Hunt around for a Fili freebie or just save your chips and fly to Dubai.
