I assume the numbers for Salons / rusdosug girls are mostly cell numbers. Has anyone tried just texting for the address and details with a Russian translation? I would almost think they would prefer a text as it would cost less.
Not all, but most of the first timers definitely experience some of it...
Chit-chat with the militia? How are you still alive, and not found in a dumpster on the outskirts of Moscow? Everyone knows they're controlled by the Russian mob. That's a fact!
I reckon you have less than 1% chance to be sent a sms answering your sms. And if you get it, they'll give you a partial answer: street, number but no bell to ring. A not secondary issue, metro stop is important to avoid you walking miles, it's another info they'll probably won't bother to give you. I've posted these considerations when describing my adventures.
If I didn't misunderstand, it's quite a few days you are there: where are your achievements? Don't tell me you are still virgin! .

Did you text in Russian?

Did you text in Russian?
Just joking! Bloody forum often cancel punctuation smileys, the lonely dot in the end of my post is what the forum left of an eye clinching smile. I thought I had read somewhere time ago that you were in Moscow after 21 days, no problem.
This said, as I posted, I spent a lot of time on the phone asking for a sms with their addresses, and in spite of that I hardly got replies, incomplete also, when given."Sms" and "address" (CMC and &1072; &1076; &1088; &1077; &1089) are pratically the same words in Russian and english, many times I was led to think that they were pretending, against their interest, not to understand, because you must be really stupid not to get "sms" and "address", no matter how I pronounce them (and it sounds the same!). Also, they could use a bit of clever imagination to think about sending sms to foreigners, without even being asked. In Bucharest normally they do it straight away, you don't even need to suggest.
So, if I had to struggle for that while directly speaking to them for many minutes, wouldn't you think it will be harder to catch their attention by simple sms, even if written in Russian?
My advice is to try to call those girls who claim to speak english, because things will be much easier. That's how and why I ended up to Paulina in Moscow and to the Kronversky brothel in Peters.
Looking forward to read your field reports, and don't get your throat slit! LOL!
P.S. Now the forum has changed cyrilic words into numbers! How can Strav and others post cyrillic?
Hi,
I Will soon go back to Moscow for a trip, and have some questions.
On my last trip to Moscow I stayed at Golden Ring, and most likely Will next time.
Noticed the Girls in the bar, and here is the question.
Anyone have any experience with Them?
Whats the price?
Any of Them better that the other?
Thanks

Hi, I'm now in Golden Ring but the action is very poor. I would like to try a strip club next night but I don't know which one to choose. Anyone in the forum can suggest me the best one from a quality / service / price point of view?
I'm also trying to get some good Mamba contact or whatever but no luck till now. Any good advise? .
Thank you guys.

I have arrived in Moscow. Nice warm day. Attractive girls out but I was expecting to see more summer dresses and skirts than I am.
I am taking my first girl to WhiteRabbit tonight. I'm hoping it will be a good evening.
I will try to do almost daily reports. I am here for 8 days.
Hello People I was off for a while.
Thanks for your advice, but all numbers I saw are with 7 as prefix (
http://www.dosug.cz/en/d/part/2 Or http://www.rusdosug.com/search.php?type=0&ilang=eng Also all these ladies http://www.intimcity.nl/ Her mobiles begin with 7
Maybe I'm not understanding sorry Stravinsky, can you give me a hand with this? I ll be back in Moscow in 2 month and want to have this issue clear.
Thanks in advance!
The primary test for a valid escort site in Moscow is to look at the phone number.
If the dialing prefix is a "7", then chances are this is not a website you want to do business with. This is because the external dialing prefix for Russia is "7". This is the number you dial if you are calling from outside Russia. Clearly, this site is appealing to foreign tourists, which means you won't get much for your money, and, chances are, the girls you see on the site will not actually show up at your door...
BtB,
I think Jake gave us the definitive explanation of how the dialing codes work in Russia.
Actually, the "8" designates a mobile phone within Russia. If you are using a local Russian SIM card (regardless of where is was activated) you just dial 8 and the 10 digit number. Alternatively, you can just drop the "8" and dial "+7" and the 10 digit number. Personally, I prefer the latter system because then when I am dialing a local cell number that I have stored in phone memory, it works regardless of whether I am in Russia or not. If I am outside the country and dial the cell number using an "8" first, the call fails.
Experienced Muscovites,
The question I need answering. If you had 6 hours. Arriving in Domodedovo in the morning and departing at the same airport in the evening, giving this about 4 hours to play. Where would you go? Assume nothing more than 1000 EUR in the 4 hours.

Arriving in Domodedovo in the morning and departing at the same airport in the evening. Daytime.
OK, I failed in the daily report thing. My first recommendation for Moscow is to not show up already tired. I only slept 2 hours on Thursday evening and I arrived at 0730 Friday morning.
I flew in from Vilnius on Aeroflot. When my flight arrived we got onto a bus and were driven to the terminal quite efficiently. Got off the bus and walked to passport control where there were 4 lines. 3 said they were for Russian citizens and the other said diplomats so I was a bit confused. I found a female immigration officer and showed her my passport and she pointed to the 'diplomats' line. I was last in that line and the other three lines cleared before I was through. I was waiting in line with about 3 people ahead of me and one of the officers in the Russian citizens line looked at me. I held up my passport and she waved me over. She looked at my passport, scanned it, did a few things, and let me pass with no questions. Cool. I was a bit worried about my luggage as I was one of the last few through passport control but when I arrived at the carousel mine and one other suitcase were moving around the track. I took my suitcase and headed to the 'nothing to declare' exit and walked through with no questions.
On the outside I was asked by several people if I needed a taxi. I said no to each. I looked for an ATM and found several. I tried two that only had Russian language and failed at getting money. I tried a third and it had English. I went through the steps and I got my cash. I was a little irritated I could not get more than 6,000 Rubles ($200 USD) in a withdrawal but whatever.
Signs were pretty good in the airport and it was easy to navigate. I investigated several options and decided to take the Aeroexpress train into Moscow. 300 Rubbles and it ends at the train station in the center about 2 kilometers from the apartment I was renting. I wanted to get a SIM for my phone. In the Aeroexpress station there were many shops but nothing open at 08:30. I was a little irritated. I bought my ticket and waited for boarding. I got on train, put my luggage in the rack and sat in a seat where I could see it clearly. Uneventful ride. Old lady sat next to me with no words. Got off in Moscow.
Pulled my Luggage outside and I see an MTC store across the street. I go in, and the girl behind the counter does not speak English. A very attractive girl probably around 30 was in the store and I asked if she spoke English and she did. She was very nice and spent 15 minutes acting as an interpreter. I got a SIM for my phone and one for my IPAD for internet. I would have made a play for the interpreter as she was very nice but I was in tshirt, jeans, sandals, and hadn't showered for 2 days. I didn't want to insult her.
After my SIM card was activated I called my apartment contact. He said an hour. It was 2 kilometers away so I decided to walk. 2 kilometers is normally nothing but being tired and having 40 Kilos of luggage, it kicked my ass.
Arrived at the building where my apartment is. I had some trouble finding it. The apartment guy spoke little English so I couldn't get good instructions. I asked another attractive young lady on the street if she spoke English. She did and I asked her to talk to the guy on my phone, She did so and in a few moments she told me to follow here and she would show me. She did so and a girl was there waiting for me. So far I had met two attractive young ladies that were happy to help me. I was liking Moscow already.
The girl letting me into the apartment (not the person I talked to on the phone) spoke zero English. She pointed at written instructions for working the TV and internet (in Russian) and gave me the key and left. I am comfortable with ambiguity so no problem. I am very pleased with the apartment and the location would be hard to beat. It is a few hundred meters from Smolenskaya metro, nice, clean, large, and well furnished for under $200 USD a night. Far better than any hotel I am sure. I would recommend it.
OK, that is the end of my first report. I need to get ready to meet a girl so I will sign off for now. Some juicy details of my first night yet to come.
