Staying on a sub soi off Suk 19. There is a 7-11 down about 100 m on the left on Suk 19 that is still open.

Did she know he was going to post it online.

Did she give permission to do so.

The more questions I asked the more uncomfortable the agent got the only reason I even sat and listen was that she said I could clear 100,000 baht each month after expenses. Thereafter, I did more research found out that might have been true a long long time ago today with their rules in place stores nearly right next door to each other just impossible plus these franchises need to be renewed every 8 years then if I remember correctly a (A) class was something like 1. 5 million a (B) larger was 2. 5 million baht. You can't just say I want to buy one here then they assign you the location? I basically told the agent if you put in the contract as she noted " clear 100,000 baht a month GUARANTEE you got yourself a deal.

I think today due to their own rules many of the old franchises aren't being renewed so I sense the majority of the 7/11 are parent company-owned?

As I wrote I was heading into Bangkok for a few days after a month-long plus living on a farm. I had some business to attend then get some much-needed are&are. One of the business was with Cathay Pacific which I had taken a chance in June to book a flight back to SFO as we all know today that isn't going to happen since I'm not going to spend the money nor jump through all their hoops. While on the farm they sent me an email and canceled my flight for Feb 11th, and reschedule me for Feb 22nd. At their office, I told them not possible and they gave me two choices credit or full refund, I chose the latter and with 3 days it was already credited back to me.

My other plan was to get some good Western food particularly Mexican and got some great recommendations from three guys you know who you are! Thanks a million, baht for the great suggestions! Since I was staying near Soi 13, Margarita Storm happened to be right on the corner. I'm not a Bangkok guy but I don't know how many times I've walked past this place and just didn't noticed. I had an early dinner just couldn't wait any longer for some Tacos, large selection menu but I started with their Gla and Chips, 3 hard shell tacos, and a Burrito. All touch the spot certainly much better than the Sunrise Taco franchise the most enjoyable was the young waitress with the tight jeans and low cut tank top all chowing down all I could think was her nice round ass I went back two more times just to stare dreaming for more than just a short conversation.

The next morning when they opened at 11 am, I gave La Monitas a try for a late breakfast, to be honest, I felt the taste was better but the selection not as good as Storm plus Storm had the waitress I just dream about.

One of my other agenda was to meet up with an old bargirl friend who use to word in Pattaya, I met her over 10 years and from day one we had some type of chemistry, then she was already 38 but look much younger my attraction was she had the look of J-low. I started out as a customer but she knew my situation well and thereafter became friends whenever we saw each other we just drank, talk and went to dinner she was a real good listener from time to time it was more. I knew why because what this guy did in the Thai culture she would be disgraced, shamed, and ridiculed. Although it was his fault the guy didn't even have the decency to give her money to return to Thailand he took all the money in their joint account and took off. The guy's son felt so bad paid for her ticket back to Thailand while her sons gave what they had to help her get back on her feet.

Thereafter, I had to return back to the States to care for my mother when I return I tried her number but now it was disconnected. A few months later I get a call we meet up and I could see she has been having a tough time she indicated she try going back to the bar but at her age, it was just too much she even told me came close to selling drugs to get by but her call was to tell me she was leaving Pattaya going back to live with her mother up north and starting a new life. Although she has never asked me for more than helping her out with a shortage of rent or utility money she need 5000 baht (loan) to pay the expense of moving her belongings I gladly gave it to her with a big hug and wishing her a good life like before.

During the last two years, we have spoken a number of times I found out her mother passed away a year ago now she lives alone and buys second-hand clothes at a discount and sells it at the night market to get by. In July of this year when she called found out that she was in a big motorbike accident her arm was broken had pins placed haven't been able to work due to the accident and Virus when things settle the rain came and flooded the market so unable to sell her clothes. During my stay on the farm, I spoke to her telling her my plans to visit Bangkok she suggested she would take the bus down and spend time with me I had no problem with it. When we met up I found out she has woken up at 4 am to catch the mini-van since they don't run much in her area. If I had known I wouldn't have agreed to our meeting since the damage was done I treated her to a few hours of massage at a spa and took her for a good meal.

Part of this trip prior to our meeting I noticed she called me from a different number I found out this was a friend's phone since she no longer had a phone and was saving up for a new one. I remember I had an older phone no longer being used so I ask if she wanted it before I give it to her I will take it to the shop and have everything checked. The shop I used did and said although old it is still in great shape the battery everything was fine. Prior to giving it to her I also double-check my brother's kids even had it for a few hours playing with it and making sure everything worked. When in Bangkok, I gave it to her we both ran through everything turn the phone on double-checking then changing the language to Thai. I even had the original box it came with plus instructions.

The next morning she got up the early place the box in her purse saw into the taxi for Mo-Chit to try to catch the first van back to her village. When she got into the taxi walking back into the hotel I got an ill feeling come over me for several days I didn't hear from her just thought typical Thai when she gets time she will it has never failed just thinking it is all in my head? This portion I will finish in the GENERAL THREAD!

Every meal was pretty much Mexican I was planning to stay another evening and walk around and at night hit up a number of GoGo bars but didn't want to wait hours before they open. I checked out a number of massage places, the usual places Snow White, Tulip, up and down Soi 22-24 just too early or nothing struck me meantime I just continue to have this bad feeling inside my stomach so, in the end, Ekamai got back on the bus back to Pattaya and the family.

Who but a single company would risk opening one right across the street from another one or a 1 minute walk down the same street from another one or both as is so often the case in Thailand? Also, I think I have seen 7-11 staff moved around from location to location, which would be something a single company owner could do.

The one on Asok next to Soi Cowboy would rely heavily on foot traffic to and from that destination and tenants from the nearby hotels, both of which have been hit hard at this time and not from, say, nearby long time resident apartments and condos.

It may have always been packed during normal times. But I doubt it would get more than a small fraction of that level of activity today.

Perhaps they think keeping the one on Soi 23 more or less across from Crazy House open, which it is, serves the customers in that area enough. And it is on the end of Soi Cowboy that would benefit from long time apartment and condo resident foot traffic. Same as the one on Soi 19 probably.

I see I was mixed up about the 7-11 BananaBoi was talking about always being packed during normal times. Yes, as of 10PM tonight the one on Soi 19 next to the big entrance to Terminal 21 was closed while the ones closest to each end of Soi Cowboy were open. The one on the Asok end had 2 customers in it at that time and one of them was me. And that was about the same number of customers I passed on Soi Cowboy as I walked down it then as well.

Speaking of which, as I walked down Soi Cowboy I did get several greetings and invites to "cum inside" the bars but only saw one girl that peaked my interest to stop and get close enough for her to grope me, hug me, refuse to let go. In front of Cowboy 2 Go-Go Bar. A bad sign.

I revisited the new bar called Whiskey & Go-Go (formerly Chili's Bar) on the 2nd level of Nana Plaza last night and some of what I found contradicts what I'd heard or read about it. Starting with the name of the place. The name of this new bar as it appears right on their entrance door is as I wrote it above and not Whiskey A Go-Go as I have seen it written elsewhere on the internet and even as it is written in some of the bar's own pop up ads. LOL. I'd read there is no mamasan and that the girls manage themselves. Not as of last night. What I said about things being very different by the time most readers here arrive in Bangkok might already apply to this bar within its first 2-3 weeks of being open. There is a mamasan. Her name is Mo. She is younger than most mamasans around town to be sure. And kind of cute. But she says she is not available for barfine and is only the mamasan.

The girls DO wear different outfits as I'd read and do not wear the same uniform bikini. That part is true.

I'd read the word "Coyotes" used to describe the girls. I have no idea in what respect that was meant. There were not any particularly good dancers on the stage as far as I could tell, just doing the usual go-go dancer shuffle. And, according to mamasan Mo, all of the girls are barfineable at the regular rate.

Most of the girls will smile back if smiled at, which is a huge plus compared to many places these days. I can't say I was overwhelmed by the looks of the girls. However, I did not see any real chubbies, which is a plus for most of us I suppose. And most of the girls do appear to be under age 25, another plus for most go-go fans I think. In my judgement on this night at around 9PM only 2 girls out of 14 who appeared on the stage at one point or another were doable.

One of the doable ones came right over to me after her dance set on stage and, with a big smile, lobbied to let her sit with me. I obliged. She was cute, chatty, fluent in English. She was a few years older than most in this bar but still one of the only 2 doables on this night imo. After one 185 baht Lady Drink (beer and sodas were 99 baht) and plenty of physical and playful chemistry, she asked for another LD (also something I'd heard was different about this bar, no drink pressure). And this time she pointed to the table card featuring some special cocktail at 250 baht. I changed the subject by going for a DFK, which she jumped on eagerly and enthusiastically. Another plus.

But before I bought another LD at any price I wanted to get the particulars on a takeout out with her of the way. Barfine was 700 baht for ST or 1,500 baht for LT. I hate that two tier ST/LT barfine stuff. For her fee, she said 3,000 for ST or 5,000 for LT. She agreed to Real Sex with me and was fine with either ST or LT, up to me. I told her I like LT but 5,000 is too much. 3,000 for LT with her would be ok though if the barfine was only 700 baht. Nope. She would not budge on either her ST or LT rate. And not that she could change the barfine rate, but I don't see why anyone would pay an upcharge 1,500 baht barfine for LT at, say, Midnight if the bar closes at 1AM or 2AM. I would have returned then if that was the deal. I am sure they would work something out. I'm getting FL girls as good looking as her but younger for around 2,000+taxi for LT here quite regularly and it starts at dinner time. So it is going to take a lot for me spend upwards of 6,500 baht to take a girl LT starting at 10PM.

Therefore, I thanked her for her time, told her I enjoyed meeting her, paid my bill and started to walk out. She stood and would not let go of my hand, walked with me all the way to the exit. There was still no counter offer from her on the walk out. At the door she put her arms around my neck and whispered something in my ear I could not fully understand because her small voice was still being drowned out by the loud music. But I am 99% sure it was something about meeting her after hours and saving on the barfine. Which meant one of those godawful 3:00-4:00AM maybe she shows up, maybe she doesn't show up deals I am no longer interested in enduring. I passed on it.

I might return sometime soon and offer her 2,500 baht for LT, take it or leave it, and see how it goes.

After extricating myself from her embrace and bidding her farewell with a vague promise to return soon, maybe later tonight, I walked down the steps and went into the first bar at the bottom of the steps, Lollipop Go-Go Bar. 15 minutes and 1 LD later I was walking out with a younger and better looking girl than the one at Whiskey & GoGo, Real Sex agreed to, 700 baht barfine, 2,000 baht to her for ST with an option to stay LT. After a blissfully satisfying hour or so of Real Sex, we both showered, I put 2,000 on the table and told her she was welcome to say all night or go back to her bar with that money, up to her. It was only about 11PM. She stayed overnight and left about 10AM this morning. We watched a movie on Netflix and fell sound asleep. Sweet girl. I will repeat.

Though ET I will say most people here know that you want "real sex" as I'm sure most people here prefer the fake kind but you do not need to repeat it 10 times per post unless you get some sort of kick back per mention or something than I digress.
