thanks![/quote]sounds like you're a newbie in phnom penh. nothing wrong with that but it will influence where your best places to find a freelancer will be. i'd suggest you go to golden sorya mall in street 51 after about 7pm. lots of freelancers wandering around the mall and the surrounding streets. also the infamous walkabout bar nearby, which is open 24 hours a day, and the black cat, also in 51.

st prices are whatever you can negotiate. be friendly, smile and you should be able to talk them down to $20 short time. sometimes $15.

if you want slightly cheaper but scummier freelancers, try the park between streets 108 and 110 on the two blocks either side of norodom street, on the north side. after 7pm there are maybe 20 girls hanging around on the edge of street 108. usual price is $10-15 but do not pay upfront, and watch all your belongings carefully. same applies to the 20 or so girls along street 70, one kilometre west of the big japanese friendship bridge.

or try martini bar (any tuk tuk driver or motodoup will take you). usually lots of freelance action after about 8pm.

avoid the wat phnom girls. they can be ****, sick, scam artists, thieves, or all of these!

are they safe? use a condom always. watch your money and other belongings. watch for signs of yamma use. don't drink anything you didn't open yourself (to avoid the small chance of being drugged). just take all the usual precautions and you will be fine.

Always good if you got local or regular mongers that come here agree on what's up. What about Pp?[/QUOTE]Not sure about a fake DL but it's very easy to get a real DL most car rental companies will make one for you or go out to Svay Pak to the Ministry as long as you have a DL from your country you can have one made don't forget to get a picture 3 x 4 cm, copy of passport (photo page) , visa page and original DL. They can do it all at the ministry, but costs 4000R for a photo copy, where in PP you'll pay 200-300 or less. That's Riel not dollars. Then you pay $35 for your DL. They give you a receipt which you can use to drive with if your not here long enough to pick up your DL when it's finished.

No Idea about a fake one.
