I have their cell phone numbers but will only use them when I have a local SIM card. So far, my actual meets in relation to agreed meets is running at over 95% (21 meets out of 22)
You can find out a hell of a lot in a $25-50 cam chat, discover what their sexual attitude is like, their English capability, sense of humour, what they are willing or not willing to do and even agree a fee for the meet.
