Knowing or believing that there are good hearted prostitutes (and people in general) is fine. But there are also those out there, that arent.
That know how to make the right impressions to persuade and manipulate people. To be able to discern the difference in who is good hearted vs those that are fronting just to make an impression, requires awareness and the ability to accept reality. My point is, one does not have to be better off being one or the other (cynical or naive). Why not just strive to be aware, and discern character and motives based on what each individual represents?.
Folks should feel free to call it the way it is, rather than feeling they are being cynical without cause. My other point is, many men have a tendency to get high or impressed easily by what women do. And rather than take the time to discern the persons overall character or motivations, they take what they see in the beginning on face value. They do not want to see any further, because that might destroy the positive illusion of character/motivation that they contrived for that female.
Men get married based on that course of reasoning. They also tend to go above and beyond doing things for women ( unearned ) just because they were impressed by something trivial that the woman did. It's like we pay, compensate and are impressed by women just for doing something trivial. Maybe deep down we dont expect women to be decent. So when they perform a kind gesture with leftovers, we make a bigger deal than it should be?

And you are correct in that enough think we have money to burn. Money to burn? I don't think so, even though I get the cliche. However in the grand scheme of things, we should care more about what we think in relation to how we are treated, than what DR women think.
I get your example of a millionaire. However, I also know folks of unequal economic status, have the ability to make up differences with commensurate reciprocation. No one has to depend soley on matching spending habits based on financial / economic status. A woman can offer a man a number of things, if she can't match him financially. So when a woman can't afford to come out of her purse, she surely can offer a man something else he values.
