In the day I did do the touristy stuff as well. I am also very keen on seeing the major tourist attractions as well. Since, I was there for 5 nights- 1st night / day nothing as body couldn't cope. Yes, this was my 1st trip to Budapest with zero knowledge of Hungarian and I did pretty well with sightseeing, eating and choosing the babes. Yes, I did spend some money but its great to have a local take you on a personal tour as Budapest has lots to offer in terms of culture, arts and history.
