There's a east and west entrance. Once across take a taxi directly to HK. Now at the taxi stand it's best to be clear with price. "Cinco a La Hong Kong?" So they don't stiff you later. Crossing back shouldn't be a problem. I think the new entrance is closed at 1-2 am. So you want to stay near jack in box entrance side. The old entrance.
Tips at the club. There's a robe guy tip $1. There's also a clock watcher room cleaner. What I do is look for the cleaners and tip prior to session but also mention knock later to get more time.

Well so far Medellin has been good to me, the first time I came I made. Some good contacts also met "regular" girls who I visited once again went out dinner drinks all that. I don't think Tinder really fits in with that, unless you're within your age group. I'm 59. I can get women 45 and up on Tinder any day. No problem whatsoever. However, my chance of picking up a 23 year old is slim, unless it's a financial transaction. Tinder is 90% superficial. If a girl swipes right on you, she either thinks you have a look she's interested in, or she thinks there's a profit to be made. There's nothing else in the initial process.
The area where I've always done best is online. I can chat, make some jokes, be interesting (or at least simulate it) and get past the first glance stage. And with you being a newbie, and a street rat to boot, congratulations by the way, lots of guys have dipped their toes in Centro, and have literally run for the hills after getting their feet wet.
Try to imagine if there were literally no other foreigners in Centro, and imagine banging girls who had never banged a foreigner before, or very few, and haven't been poisoned in the sense that they only deal with locals, versus milking foreigners.
