You are correct GE. Metro bank will let non-members withdraw 5000P each time and you can do two withdraws. Citibank in Cebu will let anyone draw 15,000P on each withdraw.

Actually Robb, I routinely take out Php10,000 per withdrawal and make two withdrawals (total of Php20,000) frequently, so at least in Davao, there's no Php5,000 limitation.

I am tired of carrying this huge suitcase to and from Manila. I might try to store it somewhere until I return. Obviously I would want some place dry and safe. Please don't volunteer your private home, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing that.
