Heard there are two gyms/spas at Sooka. One is clean and the other maybe not. The latter is called Bliss Spa, 4th floor.

Armada and Crystal Crown are not too far away. But closer would be the spa at Cititel Hotel at Midvalley. There is another spa at Boulevard Hotel, also at Midvalley.
