First of all, big thanks to this forum! Information here helped me a lot in many countries. Now it is time to pay back with some reports from my side.
Arrived in Thailand 5 November via Phuket and spent one week there. The process of ThailandPass check and testing in the airport is well organized. PCR test results are available after 6-8 hours.
Phuket.
A lot of action on Bangla road. Most of the bars are open. Barfunk is a good one, 70-80% girls are freelance. Bangla closes at 10 PM, after that a crowd move to other places, like King Kong club. The prices vary and depend on your negotiation skills. I took a couple of girls for 2000. But I witnessed folks are agreeing for 3000 and above.
Moved to BKK 13 November. No documents were asked in the airport but I had a hotel release form with me.
Bangkok.
Used Tinder to pre-arrange some dates. Success rate is around 50% - not all girls are working or disclose it right away.
Went to Soi 7 - a lot of bars are open, the most crowded was Random bar. A lot of girls. Some freelance, some work at the bar. Not clear how to recognize who is who, actually.
Bars closed around 9 PM.
Walked by Thermae. Around 15-20 girls were there. Took an ex-go go dancer Bell for 2 k. Nice experience, great body.
Next day organized a date with Tinder girl. She is working at McDonalds, took her to nice restaurant and then to the hotel. She didn't ask for money at all.
Next day one more girl from Tinder. She didn't have a good English and when I tried to give her money she said. This is not what I came for. I didn't argue. Overall, nice experience but it felt like I was used hehe.
Soi Cowboy and Nana are closed, so not sure where to go now. Any suggestions are welcomed.

I am arrived to Bangkok a couple of days ago. Only my second time in Bangkok. The other was only a quick stop before I went to Pattaya. Now I staying at the Raumchitt. I notice Thermae is still not open but Beer Garden is. They have same business model. But when I went to Beer Garden it was not lively. You would think that Thermae would open up since it used to have food and now alcohol is allowed. Anybody have news on Thermae and when they will open?

I got to Bangkok tonight to do a wellness check and meet some job possibilities.
Took a walk down Soi 4 and the number of girls in the bars was far outpaced by the number of sad looking men. Most of the women that were there were not freelancers. They were older women with the sad men. The best collection of attractive girls on the whole soi was standing outside hooters. I almost grabbed one girl from that group. Super smile and really my type. If not for some work I needed to get done and my horrible record picking up street girls, I would have had a go.
But then I walked across the street and started walking back to my hotel on soi 7. There was a beer garden there and then a little alley by that bar. It led back into a little maze of bars that were hopping. It appears most of the girls from soi 4 were there instead. I have a TF girl scheduled for tomorrow night, but Friday I'm definitely going back there. At least half the girls were good enough to take home.
You guys probably know about that area, but I had never seen it. I totally stumbled on it due to the location of my hotel.

But until that time there it looks like there will be a lot of restrictions on unvaccinated vs vaccinated people.

Most of the places are open but they have vastly reduced number of girls working there, think 2 or 3 girls only. Maybe 4 or 5 in the couple of bigger places. Most ladies are lucky to see 1 customer a day.
These places never really closed even during lockdowns. They just turned the lights off and you would walk into the darkened shop, grab your girl and then head upstairs like normal.

And perhaps lucky enough to discover it at a good hour. Imo, the same luck and good hour principle applies to the bars on Soi 4. There are a handful of lookers that pop in and out of Morning Night and Hillary 2 as well. And sometimes on the street, as you noticed. But nothing like the crowds of girls in those Soi 7 bars.
Be prepared for Friday night on Soi 7 and, a tad less so, Saturday night, particularly from roughly 7pm to 9pm.
If it is anything like it has been over the past few months or unless the police and boys in brown (who will most likely be present to monitor the situation) shut bars down for overcrowding, the place will be packed with eager and more than doable girls.

Out of curiosity walked through Soi Cowboy street. Everything dark and closed but I noticed several group of people drinking in the dark. Probably, they were feeling nostalgic about pre-covid times.
I went to Soi 11 - 4-5 bars are open and girls are there but nothing really attractive.
Moved to the alley at Soi 7 and sat down at Moonshine bar. Approached young 22 years old girl and had a couple of beers with her and her "colleagues". There was a free snooker inside and she said that her sister is playing with customers for entertainment. She quoted for 2500 plus 600 bar fine. But after 5 minutes dropped to 1500 and 600 bar fine without pressure from my side. Went to the hotel with her for 2 hours. Very nice GFE. She just came from her hometown and the snooker player lady was actually her mom. What a weird feeling, I have to admit. Then we went back to the Moonshine bar at 10 PM to have some food and I wanted to see what is going on there after closing time. Drinks and food were being served but I can guarantee police is monitoring that area as everybody was on a bit of alert.
Most of the girls from the bars were desperately looking for customers who were leaving or came late and it was a show to observe. On the way back I could noticed that a lot of girls from Soi 7 bars distributed evenly near closed Thermae and between Nana and Asok BTS stations.
I probably will go back the same area today.
