it's located at sadovaya-chernegovskaya. 8. about a 5 minute walk from krasnaya varota metro.

Absolutely agree. Charm'El, Fantasys and Atel are all of the same quality. It's not dangerous. The first time it's a bit stressful because you are standing there on the sidewalk like an idiot not knowing whom to look for.
