Just one note from me:
There are cell-phone blockers available out there. I used to bring one w/ me when I went to Manila. And i would turn it on in the room, and the girl would always remark - 'hey walang signal dito' or 'there's no signal here.' And I said it must be the hotel location. Normally that would work - if it didn't then she was out the door anyway, and I would reduce her pay/tip. I haven't been to Manila in about a year and a half - so maybe its worse I will conceed that. Also - be mindful that some host countries don't take kindly to cell-phone blockers. This is just an anecdotal recommendation. cheers,
Lalake
Its part of my list of particulars discussed. Cell phone off (not vibrate or silent) once inside the room. She can txt all she wants from the bar to the hotel, and she can check her messages when she leaves. It prevents disruptions or argument about the thing. Ive been known to put both my phone and hers in a drawer or the safe. Really the girls are terrible about manners with the phone. If you dont say or do something about it, they will answer it everytime it vibrates and return the txt. This happens about every 3-4 minutes, and there is no way to get any sleep. It amazing that they get any real sleep at home.
Really? What are these cell-phone blockers? A software you install on the phone or some hardware device?
I cold go the easy route with pros. But like the idea of the enthusiastic young no-pros,
Fast Eddie is right, it's a waste of time if you are only interested in mongering and not marriage.
Besides, you have to realize that 90% or more of the girls in the bars (in particular in AC) are not pro at all. They just are ordinary girls from the province who don't have another way of making bucks for their family. Most of the time their family don't know what they are doing (or don't want to know), they think they are working in a restaurant or such.

Those aren't cherry girls I run into very often (I've run into exactly one that would not depart the bar with me for that reason). They are barfining several nights a week. 100-200 guys or more in a year. Who knows? Not pro, as in not freelancing? The FL gals in Manila and Cebu are often from the province also, with family's that don't know what she's doing.

Advice
I've been chatting with some young hotties on CB. They all say the same thing. They want a "serious man. " Translation. A guy to marry them and get them out of there.
Here's my question. If you go over there mongering and meet up with these girls (especially the 20-21 year olds).can you get them in the sack (since they are non-pros) after one date (or at the end of the first date). I'm only going to be there for a few days. And don't really want to work at it that hard. The girls seem eager to meet.
I cold go the easy route with pros. But like the idea of the enthusiastic young no-pros,
Anybody have any advice with this?
Thanks!
Yeah, if you're going to Phils to fuck girls then don't bullshit around pretending to be looking for a bride. Make it clear, tactfully, on your profile & in your chat's that you're coming for fun.
Don't worry about the girls who drop off your radar, plenty of pretty & fuckable girls will quickly take their place. Even many of the so called 'serious' girls will morph into fucklets if you simply make it clear what you want, tactfully.. They all expect to profit one way or another, short term or long term.
"Im looking for a serious man" is code for "I've just finished college (or about to) and am facing the awful prospect of actually getting a job (god forbid) to repay my utang na loob (debt to my family). I've already been fucked over by a pinoy/pinoy's (and possibly several foreigners). I'm tired of giving it away for free. My cousin told me I can get a remittance boyfriend/green card/husband on this site."
I rarely waste time on the dating sites these day's (there's so much pussy right under your nose here) but occassionally I go on for fun. One pretty gal from Davao was very keen to meet me. She offered to fly to Manila to meet me but I gently & graciously declined as I was not going to waste money on an air fare for goods I had not inspected (ahem). She said no need, she was coming anyway.. Turns out her american fiancé was paying as she had to get a health clearance before the embassy would grant her fiance visa etc.
True to her word she came, she stayed in my hotel several nights shagging me enthusiastically despite my rebuff. She went back to Davao & as far as I know she got her visa & went to her old guy in the states. This girl looked sweet & innocent.. Ah Emily, Emily, where are you now..?
Don't be fooled by or waste your time on the sweet & innocent act.

Not 100% true but if you are looking for FOF (fresh of the farm) you're more likely to find them in AC which is where many seem to serve their apprenticeship before flaming out or migrating to the higher paying venues in Manila for example.
On the other hand, as we both know, he has certainly bought into pinay bullshit if he believes for a second any BG who tells him she's a 'nice girl just trying to get by'. Thats a blatant lie.
Hi Gents:
havent' posted in a while, but, see maybe I could contribute. I've been going to the Phils for 20 years. The one thing I learned was to never, ever pick up a girl on the street, or to use a Mamasan on the street. The bars have at least some credibility behind their name - which means you can report a troublesome girl, and most have some sort of health check - despite the fact that some checks are pencil whipped. Most clubs provide condoms and the like. Yes, the clubs are often more expensive, but, this is what you're paying for. Girls on the street - on the other hand - are usually there because they can't make it in the bars (which is a sad sign). They don't show up on time, or are troublesome to the customers, or worse, have failed a health check.
I know there are exceptions - and we love to hear about those. But, its very rare.
cheers... hope this helps.
You're right, street walkers are bottom of the barrel. SW's on Burgos are a big risk of diease/scam.
I have on occasion picked up some girls nearby to Burgos who were non-pro's trying their luck to pay the rent but there is always the nagging worry that you just did something you will regret.
The eateries nearby to Burgos along Makati Ave often have non-pro's wandering around on a saturday night daring each other for giggles. Sometimes they get more than they bargained for when they meet innocent little AV hehehehe :D

AV
Av,
I followed your lead. You mentioned this before. A week ago I made a CB profile, claiming I did not want marriage and was only interested in fun and touring. Over 200 emails and smiles in a week; I have not had the need to browse the their members and contact anyone myself. About 1/3 have not read my profile when I ask in chat. I have them go do that while chatting. They say "Oh ok. We not compatible. " They are not looking for 'fun'. Or, they say the opposite, they are willing to spend time with me if I come there. The other 2/3. Several young cuties have hit me with, "Like your profile sir. I'm look forward to touring you and fun when your here. Please visit to me. My number is. "
Also there is a strange high prepondrance of Mindanao girls. Only a handful of girls from Cebu and north.

The FL gals in Manila and Cebu are often from the province also, with family's that don't know what she's doing.
Well, I guess it depends how you define "pro". For me a pro is a girl who has been doing that for years and who has chosen to do it as a profession and does not have any freshnesh anymore. Most of the girls I met in AC where girls who were quite new in the trade and did it because they didn't have alternatives. It's temporary and they don't really chose to do it as a profession. Besides, I don't think they are bar-fined that often. There are so many of them, I think they only get bar-fined from time to time.
Of course we could discuss for age on this, as the hard core pro also had no alternative, etc, and much of what I said above may also apply to them. I did not mean to say girls in AC were cherry girls. What I mean to say is that they are more like between the hard core pro who has been doing it for years and regular girls. You need to read my comment in the context to what I was responding to.
Girls in AC can be as enthusiastic as a regular girl if they like you, unlike the hardened pro who is blasé and do it as quick as possible. And a regular girl may very well have had more boy friends and short time relations than the bar girls, depending on how long they have been doing it. AC girls, just like regular girls, also hope to find a rich foreigner who will free them from poverty. I don't think there is that much of a difference between them. But of course there is a point where they cross the line between being an amateur and a pro, though I am not sure where that point is and if it ever can be defined at all.
For example, compare girls you find in the red light district of Amsterdam and the ones to be found in AC and you'll get the picture of what I mean to say.

AV
Very interesting - thanks! First time I heard about such a device. Now that I became aware of it, I can find quite a few thing about it, for ex: "Low-powered jammers block calls in a range of about 30 feet (9 m). Higher-powered units create a cell-free zone as large as a football field. Units used by law enforcement can shut down service up to 1 mile (1.6 km) from the device." - Wow!

Near mandarin
I will be visiting Manila in June with my wife who is there on business and looking for someplace fun safe and with beautiful girls during the day. We will be staying at the Oriental Hotel and hoping for something close, quite nice and very inviting. Any suggestions would be appreciated. She is working and I am. How do you say. Haha
The Mandarin Oriental is just a 5 minute walk from the bars on P. Burgos. Turn left out the front door, right on Makati Avenue, cross a small street, cross Buendia, Jupiter, it is on your right. Happy hour prices during the day. Still a rip off, but cheap by foreign standards. There are a couple of short time hotels on Burgos, I think p700, the girls should be able to show you.
If you have more time take a taxi into Manila to Ermita and LA Cafe. During the day expect it will take 45 minutes to get there but it is open 24 hours. It will cost p500-1,000 for the girl plus p600 for aircon room at Amazonia.

Just don't get caught with one as they are banned in the Philippines.
http://www.cellular-news.com/story/41825.php
*The Philippines telecoms regulator, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) has banned the sale, purchase, possession or use of cell phone jamming devices. However, an exemption has been left that enables individual cases to be heard where jammers will be permitted.
The regulator confirmed that it has received requests for waivers, but declined to name the applicants or how many requests it had received.
The exact details of the punishments that can be handed out to people using jammers was not specified as the announcement simply said that infringes would be dealt with in accordance with law.
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has expressed concerns that the transmittal of poll results on election day from far-flung areas to its central office may be disrupted owing to the proliferation of jamming devices. Some 5,000 such devices are reported to have been imported into the country.

Your post was very helpful to the OP BR but......
I think I would have turned RIGHT out the front door on Makati Avenue to get to P Burgos.
Turn left and you end up near Landmark opposite Greenbelt.

This one is easily settled - from the front door of the hotel you first need to turn left to get to Makati avenue, then once on Makati avenue, turn right. That's because the entrance is not on Makati avenue itself but inside an open parking lot.
